This is truly the way to shop! I'm not a big clothes shopper. When I order online it doesn't fit correctly. When I go to a store it's crowded and pushy or worse and there's nobody to help you. My experience at Bonobos was the complete opposite and incredibly pleasant! Great personal service from Kyra, not pushy, incredibly efficient and just really nailed the hospitality aspect. I will be returning to buy more from this location in that it was actually a really enjoyable experience!
Kyra was so professional, helpful, and efficient! I was in, measured, tried on the outfit, ordered, and out in less than 15 minutes. Will be back to visit again soon.
Gotta give a BIG shoutout to my go-to Bonobos person Jules! They did a phenomenal job helping me find my style and sizes - I came in looking for a single pair of slacks and ended up finding multiple items that fit my needs perfectly and with Jules expert guidance I was able to find the sizes and styles that fit ME! If you are ever feeling lost fashion-wise I HIGHLY recommend you go down to Cherry Creek and visit Jules as they will never send you down the wrong path!
I went into Bonobos looking for a few specific items and, honestly, I was in a bit of a weird headspace at the time. Jules completely turned that around. They were attentive, explained everything clearly, and were genuinely engaging without being pushy. The service was friendly and fast, and I left feeling confident about my purchases and the experience overall. Huge shoutout to Jules for making the visit such a positive one—I’ll definitely be back.

I had a fantastic experience working with Cole. She was incredibly patient and offered excellent styling recommendations that helped me find the perfect clothes. I ended up with a beautifully fitted suit, and the breathable material has been absolutely perfect for being outdoors in LA. Highly recommend working with Cole if you are looking for expert guidance and truly personalized menswear!
The staff here is awesome and Jules in particular has been great to work with! She listens to my style preferences and did an outstanding job of finding items that fit perfectly and look great. She also walked me to a tailor in the neighborhood because I needed a hem. Incredible!
