Kyra was awesome! I always have a difficult time finding pants that fit, but sure enough Bonobos had the perfect cut and Kyra was extremely helpful finding them. Be warned though, it is a dangerous store in the sense that it is very easy to spend too much money. I highly recommend them and will be back.

Had an awesome experience with Hayden! He took the time to understand my style and fit preferences, and found clothes that looked and felt great. Super knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with—highly recommend asking for Hayden if you want a personalized shopping experience that actually delivers. Updating to add that I went back and had an equally great experience with Kyra and Jules. Both were thoughtful in their recommendations and helped me find the suit (and one that fits) I've been looking for. I'll be back!
I needed to get some new work pants and shirts and had heard this was the place to do it. It was relatively busy given the size of the shop but Cole was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process even while balancing several other customers. All around a painless experience and ended up getting me exactly what I was looking for!

Great experience buying a suit. Jules was very helpful, kind, and made me feel comfortable trying on and finding a nice outfit. They focused on getting me what I wanted and did not try to upsell me. Would recommend!
I called up the store and talked to Jules - she was so great. I was looking to see if the store had my sizes logged from when I was in recently. She quickly showed me how to find them online and stayed on with me until I was set with the digital experience. Thanks for going above and beyond!
