Service was so comfortable, personable and professional. Jules was an outstanding listener and my son and I found exactly what we needed in suits. No pressure just exact measurements and fit. Great selection and great store.

I stopped into Bonobos a couple of weeks ago to buy some new clothes, and as someone who absolutely hates shopping for clothes, I wasn’t exactly looking forward to it. Fortunately, Anthony V completely changed the experience. Anthony was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful without ever being pushy. He quickly understood what I was looking for, guided me through the options, and made the entire process easy and efficient. What is usually a chore for me ended up being surprisingly enjoyable. My selections arrived a few days later, and I’m very happy with everything I purchased. The fit, quality, and style were exactly what I was hoping for. If you’re shopping at Bonobos, I highly recommend asking for Anthony V. Outstanding customer service and a great representative for the brand. Five stars.

So Jules and Anthony were absolutely fantastic! I’m retiring soon and needed help building a professional capsule wardrobe to fit in at the office. I highly recommend coming in as nothing on the internet or AI translates to how the clothing actually fits on your body. Set an appointment and have them take care of you.

Jules is amazing! I usually have trouble buying pants because I’m pretty short, but Jules was so helpful finding me options in store so I could get a feel for how they might fit. Jules got me all set with my new linen pants and chinos, and they helped me pick out colors that work best with my wardrobe. This was the easiest shopping experience I’ve ever had! 👖🐦‍🔥♈️

I randomly walked into Bonobos last month and ended up scheduling a fitting with Jules the next day. Best decision I've made for my wardrobe in years! Jules was awesome—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. She helped me find clothes that actually fit well (which is tough to do for me) and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I ended up refreshing most of my wardrobe, which was definitely not what I expected when I first walked into the store. The quality has been great, the fit is spot on, and the value is hard to beat. I'm really glad I stumbled across Bonobos. I would highly recommend Jules to anyone looking to update their wardrobe or just find clothes that fit and look great. She made the entire experience easy from start to finish.

Always an excellent experience. The level of service that was common for menswear in the past, but is sadly less and less common. Jules was super helpful and attentive. An easy and relaxing experience.

I set up a fitting appointment at Bonobos, something I've never done before, and met Kyra at the appointed time. She listened to what my needs were concerning a new job and dress code, etc. With that info she pulled several items and had me try them on. We discussed fit and appearance. No pressure sales at all. I ordered them in store and they were shipped to my address within the week. I ordered Chinos, dress shirt and car coat for the winter. I will definitely be using Bonobos again and highly recommend working with Kyra.

As the significant other of the shopper, I loved working with Jules. Their style was helpful and positive and they knew the products in the store and online well. We will work with Jules again for wardrobe updates or even an event. We left remarking what a pleasant visit we had to the store. We purchased a couple of jackets and a shirt, all fit great and the whole experience took 35 minutes including measuring and picking out colors not in store but didn’t feel rushed at all!
