This is an amazing company that appreciates their employees and will close their store when the weather is bad. Workers are friendly. And merchandise is up to date. No expiration dates.
I shop here all the time. It's convenient and affordable. Most staff members are attentive and efficient most of the time. When I've had an issue, management is always ready to listen and solve. No store is perfect, but in my experience this is the best.
I went in the other day for baby breathe flowers and I had to pick from some that were so tiny barely had any baby breathe for $10 I had to buy two and it wasn’t even worth it. Mean while there were bunches in the back counter that were way more bloomed with baby breathe and they said they could sell it but it had the same barcodes as the one they put out. Y’all just selling the bad quality
Produce is always well stocked and fresh, store is clean and organized. However often times i buy things and come home to find that its expired, they need to rotate their food! Also, expect to wait in line for a while...there are never more than 3 cashiers and i often sack my own groceries!
This location should be a tourist attraction. They carry many ethnic foods. Including fresh produce. Best non-home made tortillas I’ve ever had. Even their dine-in food is great. We go out of our way and make a special trip here at least once a month.
Update: Ok, went in Thanksgiving for fruit, opened the package of green grapes at home...They had a Horrible, Nauseating smell of Urine.. I was told this is due to Spoilage and they should Not be eaten. The produce area didn't smell, I didn't notice it until I pulled them out the bag !! They need to replace the person working in and overseeing this department ! I will be returning this Bad Boys FIRST Thing in the morning !!! Best Place in Town to get Fresh Fruit and They have a Wonderful Flower section. It's Small but they have Amazing flowers that last much longer than other Grocery florist I've visited. I Treat myself often!!!
I wen to this store to buy Rib eye Steak that’s on sale. When we got home we cooked all of them and what a disappointment. We had to throw them away because how bad they taste and smell . 2 of my boys got sick. I will not recommend this store for meat at all. I didn’t had my receipt because a throw it away otherwise I would it take the meat back
We shop here for the freshly-made tortillas - you can watch them come right off the machine, and they taste so good! The inventory at this location is heavily Hispanic-stocked and many of the employees speak Spanish, which is great for the local population. If you're looking for a more mainstream grocery store there are plenty of Hy-Vees in JOCO that are more expensive...
Good selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs. A huge bakery with a lot of delicious things. The meat is usually good but, I wait until what I want is on sale. This store is BUSY. There's almost always a line to check out. They do have a rewards program and you can earn points pretty quickly as 10 points for each dollar, plus digital coupons, and advance info on specials and sales. On the down side, be prepared to pay way more than any other store in the KCK Central area. They do have good weekly sales and you can check the weekly ad in the Sunfresh app.
So why are there managers in the office sitting and the line is this long customer service experience is unacceptable regardless of what part of the city you’re in and that is not OK
