It’s a beautiful big store Mexican environment with great deli food and their cake and icing is spectacular! They have a lot of cookies, ice creams, snacks, etc! The staff are nice and courteous. Very good store
The manger of the meat department is one of the rudest people that I have ever came across. He basically ran me out of the meat dept. I forgot my glasses and was having a hard time seeing when he came out and told me to hurry up and make my decision that the cooler was down and he didn't want to lose any more meat. He pulled down the curtain and told me not to get in there anymore. Not even through the spaces between the curtain. There was not even a sign saying anything. Called the store when on the way home,the manger Beth was very apologetic and said she would take care of the matter. By the sounds of her voice maybe not the first caller of the day. Don't have to worry about me going back to that store ever again for one of their prices are outrageous especially for the type of service you get.
Love this store. They make fresh tortillas in here where you can watch. My kids love it. They will also give you a fresh tortilla right there. Has a great selection of everything.
Many options that are not normally found at other supermarkets like fruits, vegetables and beans by the lb. They also have a large selection of Mexican products that are authentic and good quality. It is always busy and parking can be a little bit of a task.
I love this Store. I am Hispanic and this store caters to the Hispanic population in Kansas City, Kansas. Love the fresh made Flour & Corn Tortillas. Fresh Mexican ingredients in the produce, deli, bakery, & meat counter. Fresh Salsas , Bakery sweets, fresh Chorizo sausage. Awesome to see the Tortillas being made.
I Hate going here, so never do anymore. My Truck got damaged in the parking lot. The people there are rude. They leave out expired meats for purchase. The lines are long. Price chopper or Hyvee are so much better
I love this grocery store. It has a great produce selection at good prices. I like their butcher selection as well. There are lots of Mexican products here. The only downfall is that it is always busy.
I usually stop by here late at night or early in the morning to avoid busy crowds. Everyone is friendly even during odd hours. The security guard who works this shift is always very nice and if there is ever anyone outside he will walk me out so I don't get kidnapped.
I went there tonight at register 2 and I had to put my groceries in the basket while there was a sacker at register 3 did nothing nothing. The cashier at 2 just moved my groceries out of the way to make space for the next customer. Her name is Annalize. She did analyze my milk was damaged however I am disappointed in the lack in your stress on how important customer service is. Not only that ,you just never know who may decide to go shopping with you. For the many years I have been a customer I live across town I'll think twice or not at all....
