After leaving them a 1 star review yesterday a miracle occurred and they remembered to communicate and follow up with me. They were somehow able to assign carrier that was able to pick my vehicle up last night, it only cost me an extra $215 on top of our already increased agreed upon price. I cannot stress enough to take your business elsewhere. They lied about the pick up date, they refused to openly communicate, and only responded after receiving a bad review. My original quote was $675, and the real cost was $945.
From start to finish the communication was very good my car was picked up in Georgia and delivered to Texas within a few days flawlessly, I highly recommend AutoStar Transport Express when you need your car or truck transported

Autostar did an awesome job for us. We needed an SUV transported from Los Angeles to Raleigh and they did it in six days. Door to door flawless service. The process was smooth and easy and the car was delivered in great shape. And the price was reasonable.

Wow. Excellent customer service truly goes a long way. I won’t lie , I was concerned at first. It took a few days to find a driver, and because I was on a very strict timeline, the price increased by $150, which was frustrating during an already overwhelming time. I was in the middle of moving my mom from Tucson, AZ to Indianapolis after she suffered a stroke, and I was honestly at my breaking point. Then Xavier showed up. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, calm, and incredibly professional. There was a strict weight limit policy, and I knew my mom’s car ,filled with her clothes and personal belongings , was over the limit. Xavier looked at me, looked at the car, and simply said, “Don’t worry about it. It’s okay.” That compassion meant more to me than he will ever know. He picked the car up Thursday around 4pm and estimated delivery by Sunday. I was nervous, as most of my mom’s life was in that car and I had no other option. Then, Saturday morning at 9am , there was Xavier, with my mom’s car delivered early and in perfect condition. In a moment when I felt completely overwhelmed, Xavier showed empathy, reliability, and genuine humanity. I will never forget that. Highly recommend.
This company will steal your money. I had contacted Edwin Meffe back on July 28th to have a Golf cart moved from Foley Alabama to Surprise AZ on 10/22/25. I made a $250 deposit at that time. On September 15th I reached out to Edwin to see if we could move the pick up date to 10/20/25 instead of 10/22/25 and he responded that wouldn't be a problem. 10/20/25 comes and I reach out to find out what time they would be picking up my golf cart, and was told it was scheduled for the 22nd. I had changed the date, got confirmation of the change, but they never did it in their system. They said since I had to cancel because I was leaving on the 21st they wouldn't refund my money. I only cancelled because they didn't come on the day they said they would. Use someone else as this company can't be trusted. I was fine with the issue, but not getting my deposit back is just wrong.

Easy to book. The communication was great. Several people worked this to make sure I got my car where it needed to go in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable cost. The transport driver and his team made sure I got up to date info through the journey. Reviews helped me make my decision. Glad I trusted the process.
Paid around $2,700 to get my vehicle from my grandparents front door in Jacksonville, FL to the shipyard in Hawaii for a Subaru crosstrek. Overall, experience was pretty smooth. It was slotted to arrive the 17th but actually came the 12th. You will not be able to have anything in your car as a heads up, car has to be empty and with less that 1/4 tank gas. Overall, I’d use them again!
