Highly Recommend AutoStar Transport Express. Auto transport services are numerous. I selected AutoStar Transport Express because they were highly rated by others and because my initial contact with Sean, my AutoStar Transport agent, was great. Sean answered my questions with the patience of a true professional, even though I am sure I asked him questions that he's been asked thousands of times before. Sean explained the entire auto transport process with me, was sincere when explaining why AutoStar excelled above other transport companies, and did not try to up-sell me on anything more than what I needed. Besides the excellent customer service, AutoStar Transport Express pricing was competitive with other transport services. I'm happy to have used AutoStar Transport Express, as my vehicle was picked up quickly and made it to my house in Texas from California within three days of contracting for the shipment. The delivery driver was professional, communicative, and patient. The driver texted and called me the day before delivery to provide the delivery ETA and location. The morning of the delivery, the driver contacted me again with a more refined ETA and was at the drop-off location within minutes of his scheduled delivery time. My car was delivered quicker than expected, in good order, and backed by excellent customer service. If you are looking at AutoStar Transport Express as a possible transport company for your vehicle, then stop. You've found it. I highly recommend AutoStar Transport Express and will use them next time I need to transport a vehicle.

Save yourself the stress and headache of dealing with a dishonest company. ​I had a $250 credit from a previously canceled booking that they promised in writing would be applied to my new shipment. Eduardo, my coordinator, quoted me an all-inclusive price of $1,950. ​However, the driver showed up on a Saturday—when their office is closed—and the paperwork didn't show my credit at all. The driver refused to release my car unless I paid him $1,550 in addition to the $400 + 250$ I had already paid AutoStar upfront. ​In total, I ended up paying $2,200 for what was supposed to be a $1,950 job. When I demanded my $250 back, Eduardo suddenly invented a "base price" of $2,200 that appeared nowhere in my signed contract. It is a total bait-and-switch. They are great at communicating until they have your money; then, they hide behind bad math to keep your deposit. ​I have already reported them to the FMCSA, the Florida Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the trouble and go with a company that actually honors its word. UPDATE: The owner's response is factually false. My signed contract (Order #24021623) clearly states a Total Tariff of $1,950 and a balance due at delivery of $1,700. Despite this, AutoStar forced a total payment of $2,200. They are essentially claiming a 'discount' that doesn't exist to cover up a $250 overcharge...

I used this company to transport a golf cart from Florida to North Carolina. They were ahead of schedule, communicated wonderfully, and let me know where they were every step of the way. People on both ends were delightful to work with and worked around a couple of strange things like a gated community and an elderly person on one end of the transport. I would definitely, highly recommend this company.

AutoStar was so great! I had to change dates multiple times, they were very accommodating. I was informed the whole process and they reply promptly. The 7" lift F250 on 35s landed safely across the country from McAllen, Tx to Paw Paw, Michigan. Thanks for a great experience, I would recommend to anyone.

My experience was smooth, accurate and professional. Car was picked up on the day I scheduled and was drop off the day mentioned. I shipped from Chicago to Washington. This was my 2nd time working with them and it was a pleasure like always!

From start to finish, the communication was on point with AutoStar. I received all the info for required documentation needed to make the process clear and easy. My vehicle was delivered in a timely fashion within the expected time frame I was given from a friendly representative. The only downside was the increase in price due at delivery to the third party who trucked the vehicle from port to door. This was because of inflation of fuel costs, but over all it was a successful oversized truck transport from Hawaii to Washington state.
