AutoStar Transport Express

I would highly recommend this company. We just recently had our daughter's car transported from Miami to LA and everything went so smoothly. As soon as I requested information they called me and within a few days the car was on it's way to LA. The drivers were courteous and prompt. They communicated with my daughter right before pickup and before drop off. The service was excellent!

Easy, quick and dependable. They created a worry free transport of my vehicle from Las Vegas to Lakewood California. Great communications between myself and the company, also extremely reasonable price. Would highly recommend for your car transportation needs. Ian Kennedy

Allen was super great! He answered all my questions and kept me informed with everything that was happening. The transport company was amazing as well! They called in plenty of time before pick-up. I was able to see where he was all the way till drop off point! It was delivered with no issues! I will go through them again the next time I need a vehicle transport! Thanks for everything!

My parents called this company to transport their golf cart from Satellite Beach to Trinity, Florida. They were given a price and signed an agreement. My mom was told over the phone their golf cart would be picked up March 27 and delivered the same day. They told her it had to be left out in the open, uncovered for them to transport it. After several phone calls, the golf cart has not been delivered, and it’s March 28th. Customer service said it was in their “terms and conditions” that they had 5 days to find a driver and deliver it, but that is not what they told my parents over the phone. Now their golf cart is sitting on the east coast of Florida, unprotected and no one there to secure it. The worst part, my mom already paid for it. When I called customer service and asked why they took my parents money, but didn’t follow thru with the service they promised they referred me to the “terms” and five day waiting period. If they knew that, they would have booked through someone else. Extremely poor customer service and quality, timely service. Zero stars

Auto Star was the best transport service we have ever used. No playing games with the price. Constantly contacting us with updates. Driver Andriy was a great person. Great experience and will use them again.

Sean was excellent. Minor problems on my end were corrected by Sean and AutoStar. Very professional group of people. They picked up my golf cart per designated time. Delivered in new condition it was shipped in. The carriers driver Anton was very meticulous and ensured it was delivered in the same condition. All through the system everyone was very professional. I would wholeheartedly refer this group.

Daniel Troconis and the Puerto Rico team were great. Super communicative during the process. I wasn’t sure about the pick up date in Florida, and they managed to assist me as needed. Cars arrived to Puerto Rico as expected and in one piece, and the staff that assisted us at pickup were super friendly. Customer service is one of the most important things to me, and they did excellent!

I wanted to leave a 4.5 star rating. The good - company is very professional. Communication was good. Making a reservation was relatively easy. They had the best quote and payment options. Driver was extremely professional and nice. Delivery came earlier than expected. Bad - my car did have a few small chips that were pretty deep. They aren't readily noticeable but i saw them immediately ipon inspection. I'm hoping that the dealer can repair them. Overall a positive experience.

While I will say getting a quote was easy and the price was fair, once I made the down payment, the commitment level fell off the charts. There was a 5 day window available to transport my car 5 hrs and the representative I was working with assured me multiple times my car would deliver by the time it was needed, including still the morning of the last day it was supposed to arrive. It wasn’t until we got to the mid-day point of the 5th day (last day delivery could be expected) when I politely, yet pointedly, asked if they would still get my car delivered by the end of the day … and then got a message saying “nothing yet” and that there are no guarantees, but I was entitled to a refund. I was very clear the entire time of the deadline to get my car to me and I even questioned why they didn’t even consult me when they found a driver that cost a little more but guaranteed delivery next day. They just informed me after the fact that the option was on the table for a little more money, but they declined on my behalf and then didn’t follow through with their delivery commitment at all and I lost almost a week waiting. On the 5th day, mid-day. I did cancel my reservation and went with a competitor of Auto Star that picked up that same day and delivered the next morning for just a tad more money. I hope my experience was an anomaly and based on other reviews, it very well could have been … but just make sure you understand the fine print of what you are signing up for vs what they verbally assure you of, as the two were not the same during my experience. Nexus auto transport is who I ended up going with and they did exactly what they said they would for the price agreed upon.

I had a great experience with AutoStar. They moved my car from Oklahoma to Reno, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear, pickup and delivery were on time, and my car arrived in perfect condition. The driver was professional and kept me updated along the way. I would absolutely use their service again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable auto transport.
