If I could I would give them a tip of a star.I have double charge for two open accounts on my credit I purchased on a car from this company in January of this year and on my credit I have two open accounts. Both over $11,000 the balances and monthly payments. So this has caused issue for me because my debt to ratio and because of it I can not get a place to leave. So I have tried to deal with the company the lady I spoke with Mrs. Curry was very rude and told me they could not do anything about it with out seen my credit report I asked her to pull my credit she told me no. So I sent her a email of both accounts showing on my credit report. Then I talk with a guy Mr. John and he says oh Ms.Hamilton I see your dispute and I see that it is incorrect. Well he answer the dispute that it was correct on my credit. I have contact BBB and a lawyer this company doesn't care about jacking up your credit with lie on your credit and will not fix and lie that they will.

I bought a car And AMS financed me Brian is very courteous. He’s very nice. I appreciate him because he makes Pay my bill easier and he helped me So I am pretty good after all

This place is one of the worst places to finance a car from. The staff who work in the office are trashy, very disrespectful they do not have great customer service skills at all. I have been charged a late fee 3xs for the amount of $62.50! My payments are made the day prior to my actual due date. I refuse to call and speak to a rep because they do not know how to deal with customers. But I will absolutely take this to small claims court if this does not get resolved. Stealing from me

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They have the worst customer service team that I have ever interacted with. Mr. Davis has to be one of the most disrespectful individuals at the company. There is zero organization, they lost $1000 of my down payment with no explanation of where it went, make up late fees whenever they want, charge you a huge interest rate, tell you the car will be paid off in 3 years meanwhile it is really 6 with interest. The cars on their lots are lemons, I have had to put so much money into a car that barely works. They also require a $500 deductible on all insurance or they turn your vehicle off. If you are a day late, be prepared to have harassing text messages and phone calls all day long such as “pay or else”. The only decent person working there is the account rep Ms Morales. She deserves to be paid a lot more money than any other Individual there. Please do not buy from this place !!!!

First this company is wonderful since I’ve had my car I have never had any problems not one time, but the most important part is I had lost my job and Ms.Richardson Made sure I kept my car no matter what as long as my communication was good and sometimes it was not on my part but they never wavered or threatened to take my car gave me time to get caught up and always understandable! Thank you very much and I will continue to use AMS financial ask for Ms. Richardson!

Rude, inconsiderate & not "customer service". I had gotten a vehicle financed through them. The car was stolen not a month after I received it. I called the finance company to see if they could locate the vehicle because it was suppose to be equipped with a GPS locator. The staff was very rude with me & even said "we aren't in customer service" When I finally recovered my vehicle, I had to pay over $500 in impound fees and have an oil change & new battery put in (which would have ended up costing them in the long run) I talked to Michelle and told her I would be in Friday to make a partial payment but this was before I knew how much I would have to pay in impound fees. I tried to call her back Saturday and left a message. I did not receive a return call until Tuesday and I was working. Well, Wednesday they repossessed my vehicle. I called and spoke to John who was very rude and spoke to me like I have a third grade education. He said this wasn't a good match and would not even try to work with me nor listen to anything I had to say. These people are very rude and only care about money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MONSTERS!!! I would give them zero stars if I could!!

2 years I gave them a bad review due to a confusion with myself and management but since then it has been a pleasant experience. They are a trust worthy company to work with. If you get your vehicle from them then you’re in good hands.

AMS is a great company to do business with..especially Mrs.Reid she is always willing to help in any situation you may be going through.I have had a wonderful experience with the company!!

We had a car financed through this company. Let me tell you they were beyond amazing! Mrs.Richardson was awesome! She patiently worked with us! Mrs. Richardson is a big asset to this company!!!! We would recommend this finance company to anyone!

This 5 Star review is for the account rep, Ms.Reid! She is patient with me, friendly, always has a down to earth attitude and most of all she’s understanding. A lot of people at AMS act as if life doesn’t happen to everyone but Ms.Reid is cut from a different cloth!
