If you gotta make a car payment, you might as well make it with AMS! My caseworker Ms. Reid is always a pleasure and goes above and beyond in customer service!

So I received a random call today from a place called sterling credit corporation stating ams sold my account to them and they needed to verify my information. I am very upset because I cannot reach anyone at AMS to discuss this matter nor did I receive notification. It’s almost like I’m redoing the process over and the lack of communication on AMS part I would never recommend anyone to them. I’m at work and I have random call to verify information that AMS should provide to the company they sold my information to. I’m very upset and wish to return this vehicle if my terms cannot remain the same. I also didn’t like the fact they sold my contact information. My name is Valesia Johnson and I would not recommend anyone to go to crown auto to purchase a vehicle or get financed with AMS because what else did you sell as for as my information without my knowledge. I need answers.!!!!!!

THIS PLACE IS ABSURD!!! Got a car from them in 2021! Haven’t had the car since 1/19/2023 YET they have it on my credit report that it’s opened and that I’m late which is killing me on my current car search! I’ve begged Melinda over and over to send documents proving that I don’t have the car. I also called Equifax to get it removed , however it’s been taking so long for AMS to correct THEIR mistake! Melinda has lied countless of times saying that they entered everything correctly and closed out the account YET EVERY BANK is seeing the OPEN auto loan they are claiming I have. Called all day for information to give to my attorney, no one would let me speak to ANY higher ups! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NO GOOD! And will have you in a mess!

AMS has been great. Ever since I purchased my vehicle last November, Ms Reid, my account manager, has went above and beyond! She’s always available when needed & tries her best to do what’s best for you & the company. If you have any questions ask for her you won’t be disappointed!

I was a previous customer of theirs and I had good payment history for almost 2 years with them. Car was stolen, so when I was ready to get another one, I’ve been in contact with Melvin, I guess he works at the corporate office I’m not sure, and he’s been the one helping me along the way with getting a car. Long story short, I was coming from Delaware to Charlotte to get this car , and before I left and got a rental to drive down , there was an issue at the dealership with them pulling my credit. I asked Melvin if this would be an issue, please let me know before I leave. He said this would be no issue, come on down, and that his boss has a way of working around these things. Of course, HE LIED. I drove 8 hours to Charlotte, and wasted $500 on this rental just for me to get down here and him tell me that ofcourse , they can’t do nothing about it. NEVER going through AMS again, NEVER!!!!!!

OK, I need to explain what happened better I have been dealing with this company for over seven years sometime. They’re OK but most of the time they’re not I’m really upset because I purchased a 2013 Jeep wrangler, it’s beautiful. I pay my payments on time I pay more than I supposed to. It doesn’t really matter to them when you’re purchasing a car from them in the beginning they are so nice sweet. Talk to you about everything but once you make your down payment sign your papers and ride off the lot they are done if you have any problems they do not care. they never had a warranty, but they finally do that you have to pay for. I almost had my Jeep for a year when I first got it. I complained because the check engine light was on and the car had a serious wobble. Nothing has ever got fixed. I thought someone had took my rims off my car when they had it for one day and never did anything to it so I called and complained. Yes, I was kind of nasty, but I was very upset. Come to find out nobody took my rims off my car. I called to apologize wrote an email apologizing. The service department said they are not touching my car. They were sending me to different places and thinking I’m gonna pay for it. I wonder if I could take them to court it cost $1120 for me to fix my car really I don’t understand how these people do what they do but I guess it’s my fault because I continue to go back to them every time you never hear from john the manager you never hear from him when you’re complaining about things they have caller ID so if they don’t wanna talk to you, they don’t have to, and they won’t answer the phone. These people knew the tire rods were completely shot when I purchased the car. The sensor in the gas tank is messed up. That’s why the check engine light is on, but if I don’t pay my payment, they making sure they let me know that I need to pay a payment some people up there are professional, but most of them are not. They are bullies management don’t care. I will never ever purchase another car from this company ever again I prefer to walk before I buy something else from them for real.

Milton is phenomenal! But you can’t call these folks without them getting an attitude . Prior to this review . I can actually say MS.Reid is phenomenal. She listens to your concerns and offers a solution . Has really changed my perspective so much .
