speaking from both sides as someone who has been on time and late, this is the worst group of people to have an auto loan from, customer service you ask? Morbid….these people told a friend of mine that they could pay their payment on a specific date….not only did they put the car up for repo, one of the ladies closed the loan and didn’t allow them to pay after being less then a month late on a payment…these people act like the building is in another country with how reckless they speak….if you do get these people for a loan ask for SARINA SARINA SARINA only nice person there…and if you buy a car in the Charlotte, Rock Hill area that’s buy here pay here find out if they have the loan….you’d be better of paying MORE elsewhere…..you read that correct
I can never make over the phone payment and that’s very inconvenient
Brandon Brown has been very courteous, very respectful and has been extremely helpful. Talking to him is actually very pleasant. He doesn’t treat me like I owe him money personally(some people talk to you and treat you like you owe them money) he is very understanding and I really appreciate that. I really don’t have anything negative to say about anyone I’ve had the pleasure of talking to at AMS. But I must say Mr. Brown’s professionalism and respectfulness is very appreciated.
Brandon has been great! Switched to a new, better paying job and they worked with me keeping me from falling behind and I really appreciate it!

Rude...I MEAN EVERY ONE!!! Just make your payments lol.. don't expect anything else. Every one I've ever spoken with is ALWAYS RUDE with a off putting demeanor. I guess they are use to dealing with with like their cousins.. that don't pay bills.. they talk to you like you want to miss your payments.. like who doesn't want to pay for their way to WORK. Threatening to pick up the car but when I called about the breaks being on backwards NO CALL BACK 😏😂🤔🤷🏾
