Brandon is my financial manager and let me say that this Dude is awesome. I’ve been dealing with them for about 6 months and if I ever need anything Brandon is my contact. This man is great, he cares about his customers. I can’t speak about anyone else at AMS!!!. If you need a car talk to Brandon.
Unfortunately I couldn’t post my full experience on here. Please review in my attachments At this point, I decided I no longer wanted to do business with this company. I informed them they could come pick up the vehicle. The amount of money I was putting into this car simply did not make financial sense. Because of the consistent rudeness and lack of professionalism I experienced in person, over the phone, and through messages I ultimately chose to end my relationship with this company. I take full responsibility for my decision. No one forced me to move forward, and I should have taken more time, done more research, and trusted my instincts. I’m sharing my experience to help others avoid making a similar financial mistake. I understand that some people may be in difficult financial situations or feel limited in their options, as I did. However, committing to a high-cost loan for an older, high-mileage vehicle can put you in an even worse position financially. Take your time, do your research, and explore all available options. I do not recommend this place.
I wonna give Automotive Management Services 5 stars because my car representative Jennifer mills is a really nice lady she always help me out and a time of need and she’s very respectful, very kind and she does whatever she needs to do to get the job done she go above and beyond. I truly appreciate her as a representative.
If you want to be in absolute tears everyday FINANCE THROUGH THEM, I pay almost $500 a month for a car that have gave me nothing but problems since i received it … My car has been in and out of the shop for the past couple of months . I had to take my car to the shop THE SAME WEEK I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE THEY LIED AND SAID IT PASSED INSPECTION …. I’m now sitting here trying to come up with a master plan because THE WARRANTY IS OUT OF DATE AND IM A BROKE COLLEGE STUDENT. These guys know they are wrong but refuse to help me because “ ITS A USED CAR “ this is crazy to me!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT LET THE “Promotion “ trick you into buying a piece of scrap metal that you have pay almost $500 a month for and your car won’t start at all for DAYS !
The customer service is absolutely terrible! I spoke with three different people two women and a man all three are just flat out rude and disrespectful. The tone which that spoke at me is unacceptable and should be reported to some state of federal business agency. They are horrible and never do business with them. Experience is uncall for how they talk down to you.

If I could give 0 I would !!! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The interest rate is a complete scam. I made a car payment of $185 and only $56 was deducted from my balance and they said it was due to interest. I asked the owner could he explain the interest for me and neither him or Orlowski could explain the interest rate for me so basically whatever you’re paying for a car payment will never be the exact amount deducted from the balance, they’ll charge whatever for a interest rate that they feel like at the moment. I’d literally crawl around the world before I get another car with them. They’ll also harass you to death !!!
