Just bought an F-250 here and couldn’t be happier with how everything went. The team was very accommodating, thorough, and professional throughout the whole sale. Everyone was easy to deal with, the atmosphere was great, and the process was handled really well from beginning to end. I was also on a tight deadline, and they really came through on short notice with a quick turnaround from the time I first called about the truck to the time I drove it off the lot. Their mechanics also do a very thorough job going over the vehicles before they leave, which I really appreciated. They also handle all of the paperwork on site, take your information and insurance details, and issue the plate right there, which makes the whole experience easy and seamless. Very happy with my truck. Highly recommend.

Despite this happening I highly reccomend auto factory if you’re looking for a vehicle. Bought this used 2019 ram 1500 classic from auto factory. I am very happy with my vehicle. If it wasn’t for the poor communication I’d give 5 stars. Raul was very nice helping me pick out a vehicle. He was not good at communicating with me. Seemed like he just wanted to make the sale and then once he got the money in his hands, on to the next forget about this guy. I picked up my truck drove it 10 miles before realizing the front right passenger tire lug nuts were loose to the point I could take them off with my fingers. I work in automotive industry so I understand why these things happen but something so simple could’ve been avoided if they just torqued the wheel. I don’t mean to bash this company like I said I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased I just wish the communication was better and the wheel being loose was very scary as I could’ve hurt myself or someone else on the road. Just picked up a used Ram 1500 pickup from Auto Factory. Worked with Rob who was straightforward and easy to deal with throughout the process. He mentioned he does not work on commission and you can really feel that. It made the whole experience much less intimidating compared to other dealerships I visited where I felt pressured to buy something I did not even want to look at. Rob let me take my time checking out the truck and never rushed me which I appreciated. Pricing was pretty firm not a lot of room to negotiate but the truck was already priced well compared to others I looked at which is why I made the trip out there. They were able to work on the financing side which felt fair and helped make the deal come together. Worth the trip. The vehicle was exactly as described and in great condition. Go in knowing what you want and do your homework. Would definitely recommend.
