worst dealership ever. took forever to release the car to me kept saying car still in service for a week. promise me new tires because the tires was warp shakes on highway. so they said they replace it with new tires. when it was time to pick up the car tire was never changed and I pointed it out they came out acting dumb and said that is new tires until I told them to feel the tires it still them old warped tires and he said they will make it right then we start to play phone tag back and forth for 2 weeks now the manager called me back saying he didn't know why the sales people promise me new tires when then don't offer that. so now he told me he willing to make it right and I have to buy my own tires and they will install for free which bull because tire install only cost 150 to do. so this dealer is nothing but a hassle and broken promise.

Great place to buy a truck with hidden frame rust. Then the bed and cab corners will start rotting through in under a year! Don’t worry they’ll tell you to bring it by and they’ll send it to the body shop but when you take time off work and get there with the truck they won’t have the loaner car they said they’d have so you just give up and leave. Highly recommend this dealership if you want a truck that’ll be worth nothing in a year! Update: to respond to the owner, you knew I use this truck for work so we set a date to have it repaired while I was on vacation 4 weeks out, you told me between the truck dealership and the other you had a loaner vehicle I could use, when I arrived you guys first told me that another customer had the loaner and I could leave it and find a ride home, living 20 miles away that wasn’t an option. Then I was told I could come back another day but you couldn’t guarantee me a loaner. You made it as difficult as possible for me to drop it off so you wouldn’t have to spend the money. The frame was black when I bought the truck, very clearly sprayed recently to hide rust. Your sales guy even agreed to that but insisted it happened before you purchased it at auction. Like you said to me, you can twist the story to make yourself feel better but the fact is you sold me a truck that is rotting to pieces, my running bought snapped parts of the body off when my 45lb kid stepped on it the other day. I can’t trade this thing in to save my life because of the condition but you’re sitting pretty with my money. Go ahead and look at your pictures you had of this on the website and I’ll happily send you the pictures of what the body and frame look like now and then tell me that’s how it looked when I spent 20k on it.

We also interacted with other agents/ workers and had the same level of professionalism. I can say this agency is definitely worth it when it comes to used cars. Ours is driving like new!
A very slow purchasing process, but in the end, I would recommend recommend Autofactory. Just keep in mind you are buying a high mileage preowned vehicle so it is unreasonable to expect that vehicle to be without flaws or problems. If you want a perfect vehicle buy a new vehicle. But if your budget is limited or you want to save money and you’re open to buying a secondhand high mileage vehicle auto factory is a good place to buy from. The Owners are two brothers, one handles the finance the other handles the repairs and maintenance. Both very shrewd businessman in business to make money. Keep that in mind, but they are fair and respectful. Have reasonable expectations and they will work with you respectfully and honestly. Don’t buy 120,000 mile vehicle and expect there to be no squeaks or rattles. Know what you are buying and if you have problems, talk to one of them reasonably and you should be ok..
I bought a 2019 Honda Civic a year ago. I have never ever had any problems with the car. This was my first time buying a car and the customer service was fabulous. Best financial decision I ever made for real.

Good experience overall, Renata was good to work with. A had a few obstacles during the buying process but the team was quick with resolutions and I was out the door with my new vehicle in no time. Would highly recommend this dealership, I found their prices to be some of the cheapest in New England.
