The vehicle selection and purchasing process were seamless, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Bill and Brian. Their friendly and professional demeanor made the experience highly positive. We will certainly return for our next vehicle purchase.
I'm giving this place 1 star because it wasn't on fire when I arrived, so I guess that's worth something, but also because this thing won't let me give it zero and still give a review. Made an appointment to see a Silverado. Appointment was accepted, which was merely 36 hours prior. I arrived and was informed that the vehicle was "just sold last night, but they have several similar vehicles". I was directed to a Silverado which was actually 2 years newer, Not the color I was looking for, and higher miles, but the price was right. Took it for a ride and thought it was a good deal if they just fixed a couple minor cosmetic issues and to maybe throw in a tonneau cover. They agreed. I returned and the body damage was only partially taken care of and there was no tonneau cover... To which they claimed they never agreed to the tonneau cover, and that they had performed the required repairs to the cosmetic damage on the outside of the vehicle. At that point I did not want the vehicle. I had police respond. I called a lawyer.. They already had all bases covered. I was basically forced to buy this vehicle that was a breach of at least a verbal contract, and undeniably morally wrong. Liars, cheaters and the reason used car salesman have a bad name. Buyer 100% beware with these losers!!! If you're looking for a vehicle on rt 1, there's another dealership just a little further south. Keep driving.

I went in after explaining my 632 credit score,(id theft etc) Rob was AWESOME! bank said no due to my score. Nothing i can do til i get in court. ROB EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO CALL BANK AND ASK THEM TO REMOVE THE *INQUIRY* just to beva nice fuy considering my situation! *NEVER HAS SOMEONE GONE OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP A GUY WHO IS ABSOLUTELY SCREWED BECAUSE OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES!!! HE DIDNT HAVE TO DO THIS, BUT HE ABSOLUTEY HAS A HEART!! NEVER BEFORE HAVE I BEEN TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING AND TREATED WITH SUCH EMPATH AND RESPECT ** being treated more than just #. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CAR, THIS HANDS DOWN IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!
Wow, I have to say from the moment I talked to Derek a month ago when I was looking for a vehicle no pressure just guidance from him. Then I showed up a month later, I was impressed, he remembered me and he showed me exactly what I was looking for allowed me and my husband to walk the lot and he gave us the keys to all the vehicle I liked I only mentioned once my numbers and he worked with me without hesitation or pushing anything. I highly recommend Auto Factory Automotive 10 stars. Honestly, I would purchase here again.
