I just had a 2-day installation of window replacements for my home. Randall and Chad were my installers and they did an outstanding job. They both were very patient with my endless questions. The two of them work together very well and I was particularly pleased with their attention to detail. They double and triple-checked every window to make sure that they were square, level and all mechanisms worked. When the work was completed they left my home neat as a pin. Thank you Randall and Chad for doing such a good job!!
We had our homes windows replaced by Randall, Josh, and Jay. They were clean, professional, and polite. They were quick to respond to calls and were able to get us on the schedule quickly once our windows came in. Great work, thanks alot!

Wonderful company that installed quality windows that look beautiful in a professional and timely manner . Even came back a second time to fix caulk gaps that occur naturally and found a couple missed spots with caulk . Ryan my salesman I highly recommend . He was knowledgeable and patient . Bryan the supervisor for window installation was clean cut and excellent at his job . He knows what he us doing. I did 9 windows with 12 to go. I’ll use them again for sure . Everyone from top mgt. the president , the gals in the office the guys who did the follow up are so darn nice . We work so hard for our money it’s nice when you get what you wanted and more !!! A home is very important and my front windows and side were in bad irreparable shape. Thanks everyone at American Windows .
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of coordination regarding my window installation follow-up. Despite being promised a resolution in February, the service team arrived today completely unbriefed and unable to complete the job. It is incredibly frustrating to repeatedly take time out of my day only for technicians to arrive empty-handed due to back-office communication failures. I expect a prompt follow-up with a technician who is actually prepared to resolve this issue once and for all.
Ryan, our salesman, was not pushy and let us take our time making a decision. Ricky and AJ did an outstanding job of installing our windows. Lisa, the owner, even dropped by to check in on things. Very glad we chose American Window Products.
American Windows Products gave me a competitive price and arrived on the date we set up. The workers were on time and did a great job. I would recommend them and if I ever need something again I would use them.

Rickie Mathis did a phenomenal job installing our windows from start to finish. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to clearly explain the entire process so we knew exactly what to expect. He was very professional and made sure all of our furniture and belongings were properly protected before beginning any work, which we really appreciated. Throughout the installation, Rickie worked efficiently while still paying close attention to detail. He kept the workspace clean and organized, and you could tell he takes pride in the quality of his work. Once the installation was complete, he didn’t just leave—he walked us through how to properly operate and care for the new windows, making sure we were completely comfortable before he left. Rickie Mathis was also extremely respectful, friendly, and courteous toward both us and our home. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and great customer service all in one, but he definitely delivered on all three. We would highly recommend Rickie Mathis to anyone needing window installation or similar services.
We had a great experience with Larry at American Window. Our journey started when my neighbor, who had new windows installed with American, recommended them. We had Anderson and Pella out here along with a couple of others and either their prices were astronomical or they couldn’t do what we wanted (black frame inside and out). Larry came out abs measured and provided some really good and sensible ideas to keep costs down while achieving the aesthetics we were after. American came in at about half the cost of Anderson and Pella. We had to wait about 5 months for the windows to be manufactured, which was a drag but in the end it was the best decision. We saved a lot of money and we didn’t sacrifice anything. The home is cooler and our electric bill decreased by 30% last month.
