Yesterday we had Randall, Chad, Zack and Steve come over to finish our windows and I have to tell you they were extremely professional. They did a wonderful job cleaning up. I was very happy with their work. They fixed the mistakes from the previous crew and I highly recommend using these guys if you can to get your windows installed? Very pleased.

American Window Products did a great job with installing my impact windows. They carry great products and Randall, Chad, Zak, and Danny took care with my place, worked around some things, and even helped with blind removal and reinstallation. They had great attention to detail, provided additional information, and answered all of my questions. From end to end it has been a great experience and with very responsive and helpful office staff as well. Highly recommend them!

We had an outstanding experience with American Window Products from start to finish! Joshua kicked things off solo and did an amazing job getting everything organized and moving smoothly right from the beginning. Randall came in and replaced all of our blinds perfectly—and we have to mention how incredibly kind he was to our senior dog. That level of care really stood out to us. Bobby was polite, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process, and Fernando brought a strong work ethic that helped keep everything running efficiently. The whole team worked seamlessly together, which made a big difference. Not only did they complete the job beautifully, but they also left the job site absolutely spotless. On top of that, they took the time to educate us on the process, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend American Window Products—this team truly goes above and beyond!
I wish I would have known that the patio door (very expensive) is harder to open or close than the 27 year old door that I replaced. I would have not done it. For someone with arthritis it is a very bad choice and I was first told that it would be adjusted but now all of a sudden it can’t because the door is just to heavy. Very disappointed. Update After having their repair crew come back our do do some adjustments the door has gotten worse ( yes hard to believe) and the screens on the windows would all pull down with the windows so every bug was able to come into the house. With the help of YouTube I was able to at least fix that since their service is beyond useless The inspector had several complaints but instead of fixing them they just took the stickers off the windows and with that it is no longer the problem ( they made sure to come hours before they were scheduled to come). There are a lot of companies out there that do windows and doors and I highly recommend looking really good into it before spending a LOT of money and then hating the result but being stuck paying for it
Jeremy and Chad just installed a couple of windows at my house. One of the old windows was particularly difficult to get out, but these guys did it. Great professional job! Would recommend American Window Products.
I just had the windows in my condo replaced by American Window and had a great experience. To start, the sales rep was professional and arrived in a company vehicle exactly on time. I had other company reps bid the job but none were as knowledgeable or professional. After I went to contract, the office emailed and called about every next step and worked with my schedule when the initial install date was a conflict. The installers, Chad and Jeremiah also arrived in a company truck and were real pros---polite and professional as well. I've personally heard of bad experiences from neighbors. My install went perfectly, the pricing was excellent and the finished job looks great. It's great to see a truly well run company and that such a high quality and fairly priced contractor exists.
This is Your window company. Incredible work Josh & Joe performed! They have helped transform my home toward its’ best potential. I’ve had a few contractors visit and conduct work in the past 6 weeks, this crew was the best & left not a speck of trash or debris. I hope they are able to provide other services like doors because I will call on them in future!
