Rick, Mr. Z and Roberto were extremely professional, great communicators and very hardworking. They were amazing! I would highly recommend. My windows look beautiful. Great quality and much cheaper than some of their competitors.

We recently had a transome window replaced in our bathroom. The experience with AWP was superb in all aspects. The sales person came out to our house and performed an inspection and recommended replacement of the window because the seal was leaking. A city permit was required for which AWP submitted the appropriate paper work. The installation was also stellar by installers Randall and Chad. They walked us through the installation each step of the way and produced a perfect result both cosmetically and functionally. They also took great care to cover our floors with tarps and coverings in order to minimize any cleanup or damage to our bathtub. We will recommend AWP to our friends and neighbors and will enthusiastically use them for future window repair.

We had 25 windows replaced in our 20 year old home. We had single pane aluminum windows which were replaced with hurricane impact windows by American Window Products. We couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went from sales to installation! It was all such a smooth process. They communicated everything to us and we didn’t have to do a thing. We also had a new door with sidelights put in. And they fit that in at the same time as the windows even though we decided on the door a few weeks later. A few years ago we used a big box store to install a patio door and it was a nightmare. American Window Products took care of everything with this project. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and quality of work done by everyone we dealt with. Thank you!

8/11 Update: Jeremy and Randall just installed 3 more windows at my house. We finally replaced our living room windows, and I cannot be more pleased. American Window Products delivers pristine customer service and the best pricing once again! Jeremy and Randall showed up on time, were clean-cut and professional, and they left my living room cleaner than it was when they arrived. Next up will be our kitchen windows. We've put a lot of work into our home since purchasing it in 2022, but nothing we've done has come close to being as satisfying as our 8 new windows being installed by American Window Products. This was, without question, the best home improvement purchasing experience I've ever had. During my initial consultation with James it was abundantly clear from the beginning of our conversation that he wasn't just there to "make a sale." In fact, he went above and beyond to not only help us find options that met our goals, but also to help us SAVE money. James listened intently and customized a proposal for us. I had TONS of questions, and he was prepared to answer them all. I also can't say enough good things about my installers, Brian and Colten. They arrived on time and answered any questions I had. Their work and professionalism are spectacular. I also really appreciate the fact that American Window Products does not use sub-contractors. Brian and Colten are official installers at American Window Products. Never using subcontractors was a big selling point for me, and it's also worth noting the rooms Brian and Colten were working in were left CLEANER than they were when they arrived. If Home Improvement had a Hall of Fame, American Window Products would be a first ballot contender. This company deserves 10 stars. I will not hesitate to recommend American Window Products to anyone considering replacing their windows. James, Brian and Colten - I SALUTE YOU, GENTS! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I highly recommend this company for window installation. The process was seamless, and the sales representative was not pushy or manipulative. They provided a straightforward and competitive price. The installers arrived on time and diligently ensured that the work was completed in a clean and professional manner. The office team was responsive, and the owner personally inspected the installation.

Mr. Rickie and Ms. Rochelle did an absolutely amazing job installing the windows and sliding door in the condo my fiancée and I live in. Their positive energy was truly infectious, and they showed incredible integrity and professionalism throughout the entire process. You can clearly see the passion they have for their work, and it reflects in the quality of the installation. They are truly a power couple! You both are amazing, and we can’t thank you enough for everything!

We had windows replaced on the enclosed porch and we're thrilled with the results. The clarity is great and the low E glass helps tremendously. James did a good job explaining product options and recommending a solution to best address our needs. The installation went extremely well. Jeremiah and Robert did a fabulous job. They were courteous, respectful and diligent in their work with results that look and work great. Another great experience with American Window Products. From the sale with Ryan to the installation with Rickie and Rochell and the office staff. Rickie is meticulous and explained things in an easy to follow manner. Rickie and Rochell is a great team and worked professionally and respectful of my property leaving everything neat and clean.

Sales rep Grant addressed every need I raised. Josh and Roberto handled the installation of my 14 new windows and a sliding glass door with total efficiency and expertise.
