From sales to install American windows made this a great process. Grant Barnhart (the sales guy) was a nice, knowledgeable and explained the process. The real highlight was the installer Rickie Mathis and AJ whom showed up and did an exceptional job. Rickie really took his time to explain the process, answer questions and most of all do a great job installing the windows. He’s clearly a very skilled installer with years of experience whom is very professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

I chose American Window Products for my replacement windows after getting 3 quotes from different companies. They called me the same day I requested a quote. The other 2 companies I had contact a second time just to ask for a quote. American Window Products also set up the appointment quickly and were very competively priced. One of the other companies was closely priced and the third was much higher. So I then looked for reviews of the window brands quoted. Neither brand is well known but I found some reviews of each. I chose the Slocomb windows because they had the best reviews of the 2 although there were far fewer reviews than the other windows I was considering which did have some negative reviews. The salesman Grant was very responsive to calls and answering questions and also helpful with changes to my order. It did take a little over 3 months for the windows to come in they were just installed the last couple of days by Josh and Roberto who did a phenomenal job. Showed up on time and cleaned up after each window install. They look beautiful and I am very happy with the windows and so happy I chose American Window Products. Great job! Thank you so much!

Jeremy and Fernando did an amazing job. Not only were they polite but were so professional. My doors looks amazing and I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish I was happy with American. Ryan (salesperson) was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Windows were installed by Randall and Randall. They were both extremely friendly and gave me a detail plan of which windows will be installed on which days. They were able to install all the windows in the expected time frame. They cleaned up after each window and did a double check of all windows before completing the job. They answered all the questions that I asked - I had a lot. Very happy with the job they did. Highly recommend them as the installers

Our experience with American Window Products—from the initial consultation through the final cleanup—was flawless from start to finish. As old-school people who hold customer service to a very high standard, my husband and I were genuinely impressed. This family-owned company exceeded our expectations at every turn. Steve and Lisa were outstanding: they answered every question thoroughly, returned every call promptly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The installation crew—Jeremiah, Bobby, and Jonas—was exceptional. These young men were professional, polite, respectful, and incredibly tidy. Over two days, they communicated proactively, checked in whenever there was a potential question, and even pointed out minor details we might have noticed before we had the chance to ask. We had prepped the space thoroughly (moving furniture, providing the requested 3-foot clearance around the new doors, and even tarping everything because I’m a bit of a clean freak and wasn’t sure about dust). In the end, the tarping proved completely unnecessary—the crew left the house spotless. We couldn’t have asked for an easier or more pleasant experience. We’d happily work with American Window Products again and recommend them to anyone without hesitation. If you’re looking for quality work backed by true care and professionalism, they’re the real deal.

Closed in a formerly screened in porch. American Window Products did my entire house years ago so I returned to them for my porch. Windows & door! Rickie Mathis went above and beyond on my porch! Not to mention but he was ALONE other than these old bones & I ain't much good for a helper. Anyway Rickie Mathis put those windows and the door in BY HIMSELF IN LITTLE TO NO TIME! The man knows his job, LOVES IT & THE COMPANY & ESPECIALLY THE OWNER!! Any of y'all that read this have window issues, skip the others American Window Products & MOSTLY Rickie Mathis! The man is a God loving hard working man who LOVES WHO he works for!!! Rare in this day and time. As stated I'm old. Seen lotsa companies. This one is FANTASTIC! Others could follow their examples!!! Nuff said.

Very, very happy with my whole experience with American Windows from the start! Grant came to our home and was very professional and knowledgeable about the windows and the installation. Josh and Roberto were very hard workers and did a fantastic job installing with the help of Jeremy and Ferrado doing the trim work...they had great team work and completed our whole house with replacement windows on time and as scheduled...and I have to say, all the girls in their office were on top of everything! They were, also, very knowledgeable about the My Safe Florida Home program. The hurricane impact windows look amazing!! N. Maloy

Wow! We just had American Window Products install our new EAS replacement windows this week! We love them! High quality window at a great price! The installers Seth and Mike were incredible: vey professional, courteous, and customer- focused. They were very knowledgeable, answering all our questions. They obviously cared a lot about their work - great quality job! Highly recommend these guys!
