These guys are rip off artist. The car was filthy when I came to view it. The staff not very pleasnt. They had the car advertised at 4800.00 with 115.000 miles on it. So after haggling, we came to a price. I paid for the car, signed the paperwork and started my drive home - that's when I noticed the real mileage on the car was reading 150.000 instead of the 115.000 they had advertised. I immediately called them to complain and was told to call back the next day. When I called the next day. I was told they couldn't help me and tough luck. I even offered to let them keep the dealer fee, and they still wouldn't work with me. The salesperson purposely let me think the car only had 115.000. The car horn didn't even work. Don't go to this place. Real scummy.

The people working here are either incompetent or are lying to you outright. The descriptions of the cars on the website are wrong - if you check the CarFax reports based on the VIN numbers you'll see huge mileage discrepancies between what they claim and what the mileage really is. Also, they'll claim there are no electrical problems, but meanwhile half of the fuses will be missing from the fuse box of the car you're buying. The check engine light is on in half of the cars I looked at. They won't let you take the cars out for a test drive on the highway because they fear for their lives. The best you can do is drive them on a little back road behind the dealership.

The service eas greatand the salesman Eddy wasvery attentive. The finance manager Maggie was so professional and xplained the whole process and the why's this was a terrifov buying experience to get what we wanted and at the best price around was "AWESOME"! I would recommend this dealership tomy own mother that was how good this experience was!!

The most unprofessional car lot that I have ever been to. My purchase was made based on a cargurus ad. The pictures looked decent. I knew I wasn't getting a brand new car. But I checked the carfax and thought this was a well taken care of vehicle based on that. I flew in to Miami to finalize my purchase after informing Carlos a week and even days before I arrived. I get there and the car is not ready to be looked at. The car had not been checked by their mechanic or they would have known one of the headlights was out. Carlos couldn't figure out how to install the bulb and decided to just give me the bulb to deal with. So many things went left with that place that I wish I had followed my first mind and just rented a car to go home. I dont live in Miami and the 30 day temporary expires today. I called them 3 days ago and they said if they mailed my plate that it costs money. WHAT???? You got the extra money for doing the title work and it never occurred to any one that this guy probably needs us to send his plate to him. Or a least call and see if I was in the area. They suck. All of them affiliated with that place. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place or the people because nothing good happened in relation to my transaction. The only thing I can say is stay away.

Please don’t waste your time or money here!!! I wish I can give this place NO stars!!! I brought a $6500 CASH car from these scam artists last year Aug. 1st the trunk or the A/C wasn’t working. The guy Carlos said it’s because had been sitting for too long no problem gave his word he would fix it and call me when it’s done...But 1st he said I had to leave a $500 deposit. Ok I did. He calls me later on and says it’s fixed to come pick it up. I get there the A/c is fixed but not the trunk. He then said bring it back Monday because it’s not a fuse so they’ll have to look into it to see. Ok so I paid and drove away. I’ll get to the MAIN issue! The car stopped working a week before the temp tag expired! I had it towed to a foreign auto shop and they said the engine is completely gone and it’s nothing I could’ve did within 3weeks for that to happen. So I had it towed to these people and Mr.Carlos comes out oh I don’t want it here, you can’t leave it here! I said well it’s no use to me so either you fix it, give me my money back, or you put me in a car the same value that actually works! He makes up a story about he’ll work with me let him talk to his boss. When I say these people don’t really care about you all they want is money. Long story short, nothing to help me out, tried to give me a beat up 2006 Saturn SUV in exchange for my 2010 Volkswagen. Then the so call boss supposedly was to go find me a car at the auction and called me once he did, NOTHING. No one ever called me besides the time I 1st got it to tell me the A/c fixed to come finish paying and pick it up. And I’m just coming to grips with I’m out 6K...I had to call the police because after weeks of waiting I and my boyfriend went there upset and he completely cursed us out! Supposedly I own $460 on the car for tag and title transfer and after all that he STILL WANTS ME TO PAY THAT FOR A CAR I CANT DRIVE!! I don’t have the titles and he said he can’t just do a transfer I’ll have to pay the whole thing... Carlos is a liar and big time scammer! Please don’t come here! You’re better off going to another place that cares! Out of 6K I’m only getting $1000 and that’s from the junk yard because I’m going to junk it. You’ve been warned!!! Oh and the trunk never got fixed! He also gave me the run around regarding that!

The worst car place i’ve ever dealt with!!! My boyfriend purchased a car and 3 days later it broke down. We been calling them and for 3 weeks they have been saying they will purchase a new car for us. Still haven’t. They don’t care at all!!! They hung up on us multiple times and tell us they don’t speak english. WORST PLACE EVER. So much money down the drain.

If you're looking for a car, look elsewhere! These people are highly unorganised and extremely difficult to get a hold of after you've made business with them. As you're shopping around the dealer will ensure you that all their cars go through a major inspection on site before they're put out for sale, that's BS. They then proceed to make loose promises, like around the corner warranty. And if the car you're interested in has any faults, they'll promise you to fix it "if you bring it in next week". Also BS of course. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this dealer!
