Purchased a beautiful 2010 Volkswagen Cc Luxury from here in September 2020. Immediately had issues with the car. Car oil cap was missing and oil was everywhere under the hood. They had no idea where it went. It would say it was overheating and check engine light comes on. Took it back and they put it on the computer and added fluid. Said the car was fine but car wasn't. Took it to a local mechanic who said to get rid of the car and that it needs a new transmission. Which was definitely not the truth. Eventually I took the car to Jiffy Lube and they indicated it was the water pump, which was expensive as supposedly the whole front of the car had to be removed to reach it. Understand buying a used car is a gamble at times but geez.

I purchased a car here in August of 2017, first I'll give a quick breakdown about me. I know a little about cars, I used to buy and sell privately and during which time I've made a lot of friends in the car industry so any issues with cars, I have a professional shop I can send it to for repair with minimal price. Personally I would not recommend the average person not familiar with cars or access to a good mechanic, to purchase a car south of Boca but it's a free country. A lot of the bad reviews I've read have one thing in common, their choice in cars...Equinox, Land Rover from a used car dealer in Miami! That's a vehicle you only lease brand new and laugh 3 yrs later when you return the key thinking you got off easy. I purchased an 08 Acura MDX because I needed an extra vehicle to beat up and put miles on with the lowest possible maintenance. The first thing you do is research the vehicle and see what issues arise with the year, the next thing I did is test drive it, now Acuras and Hondas of these years are known to give transmission issues because of the internal filter. But if the tranny is serviced and maintained regularly you shouldn't have a problem. The next thing in looking over the vehicle is checking out the glove box to see if there are any maintenance records. In my situation there were and on one of them had the last owners phone number which I called right there while sitting in the car on the compound. The previous owner was extremely helpful and told me everything he did in the last year, final question to him was should I buy the car...yes. He sold it because he wanted a new one and the guy actually mailed me an extra key fob he found in his house. I went inside and made the salesman an offer. Now these dealers go to their auctions that contain cars in the following categories, high mileage trade ins from the Big name dealerships that don't have time to waste, cars from other small dealers that are taking forever to sell on their lots, cars with major issues that dealers don't want to fix and cars with previous major accidents that have been fixed, they get the car to run just enough to get through the auction. So when you see a newer car with less miles at the smaller dealers in Miami, think it over. In test driving the Acura, right away I knew that I needed an ac fan, new belts, transmission flush, wheel balance and alignment and small things like a fan control button and seat spray paint for the discolored driver seat and steering wheel but I was able to make the salesman come down on the price by $800.00, he really didn't have a ton of personality but I think most of the people in Miami act the same way. I always wondered why Florida was called the sunshine state if everyone looks so unhappy or are shocked when you tell them "Good morning" so i'm not going to complain about the stoic and unfriendly demeanor of the salesman, that's expected. Them trying to sell a vehicle to you after spending the bare minimum on it is also expected. Do your homework before you buy, they have their cars listed online with the vin numbers, look it up. Don't research after you buy or complain because you didn't do your homework and when test driving think about which category above the car belongs in.

Bad bad car lot stay away I lost 3400 because these people are liars. Didn’t have this car long at all 4days and I have a leak in the engine and the car is running hot.They only put a temporary fix on these cars and they are selling them. But my voice will be herd So DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THiS LOT YOU WILL BE SORRY THIS WAS A RECENT PURCHASE TOO. 2/17/18

They are hidding alot of things inside of these cars. Watch out. Check the car before running the application. A lot of rats and scams at this place. I had the worst day in my life when i got my car from here. They're pushing you to sign and apply. Running away from your questions. The odometer was touched by them becauae carfax was saying something different to me. They also do NOT privide the carfax of their vehicles, you will have to get your own. I whould NEVeR recommend to get a car from here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this. BUT, if u do decide to stay with them, get a mechanic with you please...
