Maggie who deals with the money ruined the entire buying process for me !! Even though I paid all the money she later charged me an extra $292 and made the entire experience bad for both me and the owner of the business. They also charged extra money for the spare key. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Just in case you have made up your mind to buy from them, please be very careful with the money (and extra careful with Maggie!!). The one star I am giving is for Carols who was very friendly and helpful and he is why I did not take any legal action against them.
We just bought a car at this dealership and we are very pleased with the experience. We went to see one car but after seeing their selection, ended up going for a better option. Highly recommend the dealer and the staff.
This is one of the worst dealership ever. I recently trade a decent 2008 BMW 5 series for a Volkswagen cc sports 2012 plus an extra $2936 on top of it. Believe me I regret the decision and I will never forgive myself for this stupid decision. The Volkswagen is in terrible conditions. 3 days later the car starts shaking, the engine is not working properly. The pressure sensor keep popping on the screen. The compressor of the AC needed to be replaced and I spent $500 for a new one. Everytime I ask for another trade they keep telling me that they will charge me $3k on top of it. They don't care about their customers. All they care about is money. Bad customer service and the cars do not really worth anybody's money. It hurts me a lot and I will never forgive them. Don't waste your m ones in that dealer!! 😡😡😡
Not Super happy with my new car , the lady in fiance was great scammer like the owner they toll me my car had warranty and when I bought the car they toll me there was no warranty after I give them $3500 down. Same day I took the car it broke down. This car came with engine and transmission and electrical problem. highly not recommend this place. Don't buy in this place or you will regretted.
Maggie was great, very professional, she made me feel at ease. Carlos the salesman was also great. I do recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a good used car at a good price.
‼️BE WARNED‼️STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER and one of the sellers called (Abel )…. I bought a car from these people and as soon i drove it home the check engine turned on. These people have mechanics that erase any lights on the dashboard and that light doesn’t come back on after awhile and by that time you would have made a deal and sign the “ As is” paper that states that you are buying the car how it is “without any problems “ and you cant return it. Word of advice people you are better off buying a pre-owed CERTIFIED at any dealer which they do return or fix the car if they have any issues. STAY AWAY AND DONT GET SCAMMED… they also have another Dealer with the same name in another location which they will do the same if you buy. The owner Oreste is not a man of its word.
They sold me a 2008 Saturn Outlook knowing it had major transmission issues. Then when i tried to get them to own their negligence after they agreed to exchange it. I had it towed back to them just for them to not accept it and change the deal. I spent my financial aid money on buying my first car on my own for school and they ruin my first car buying experience by takong advantage of me as an 18 year old and now I'm out 5,400 dollars with a car that wont operate at all. Avoid this dealership these people are dishonest and a bunch of snakes. The vehicle was also advertised with lower miles then it actually had plus it had been three feet under water leaving damaged speakers which only one works and the metal on the bottom of the seats are completely rusted out
I am retracting my original statement. Orestes, the owner worked with us and we left satisfied. He was very professional and a man of his word. If he says he is going to help, he will. The rest of the staff should improve their customer service as their demeanor is rough but all in all, we are satisfied with our new vehicle.
Carlos our salesperson was spectacular. Very informative about my vehicle walking me the features one by one. I was driving my car without moving off the lot he was good. Actually we ended up purchasing 2(two) vehicles. Thanks Carlos for everything !!!!! American Auto Wholesale I give you 5star ratings. Big ups to Carlos !!!!
Keep receipts and contracts. They'll make you pay extra if you don't pay attention. Carlos is the worse sales person in history. No indifference when it comes to making a sale. He will hype up the sale and make fake promises. They refused to get my radio fixed (broken before the purchase) I put $7000 down payment On the car but they want me to pay more for the radio. Maggie only care about the sale she won’t help after she takes your money. They won’t return my calls or let me put my own tag on the car and my temp tag is expired! I honestly think it’s because I’m black with legal business and not Cuban. My friend and I witnessed a bad sales transaction on the lot with another black couple. The couple had to call the police. They sale bad cars to the black community
