Really happy for the first time in years. Had a gentleman and professional at the same time. I had to write this review even when I'm flying in a plain out from the States with a lot of work to do, cause is my best way to feel grateful with Carlitos. Somebody just told me to go and feel like home and that's the way it was. Thanks Carlos for your professionalism and that great way you did to make me feel like home. I actually going to give them none. Is incredible how crafty this is. I bought a car . They called the cops since I wanted to reverse the purchase they said that they will took care in front of the police, however they didn't. Is a scam be very careful and aware. I'm super fair given people a chance but I felt and still feeling threatened by them. The treatment after awful.

Absolute worst experience I’ve had with a car dealer. I found a Cadillac ATS and arranged to fly down to pick it up from Charlotte, NC. I talked to Maggie for days before putting my deposit down. She told me the car was in great condition, no dents or scratches and that the car was mechanically sound. When I arrived this Saturday the car was in absolute horrible condition. The fender was disconnected, the headlights were full of paint chips from how bad the paint was chipping off, the metal was gauged out in tons of spots off over the car. My mechanic boyfriend scanned the car’s software and there were tons of issues that they had tried to hide. The ABS was permanently turned off, the brakes, engine and transmission had issues along with multiple missing pieces. Maggie’s attitude was absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. All she did when I voiced my concerns was yell at me and my family about how she never said the car was in good condition and that the car is just fine! Even when we could barely get the car stopped the brakes and ABS system were so bad. The local dealers in Fort Lauderdale will even tell you the shady stuff that this business does to their cars before they try to steal your money by selling cars that they know are about to break down. DO NOT go here for ANY car! They will scream in your face when you find all of the problems they try so hard to hide from you.
Billy was great to work with and really went above, and beyond to secure our desired car and ensure top quality. He also kept us well informed along the way. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him.
If I could give zero stars, I’d give zero stars. This company is suspicious they scammed me with the insurance. And their sales agents will block you after the sale so that they don’t hear any problems you have about the car all they care about is getting is getting you to confirm with the bank that the deal is done. They don’t care that they sell you a lemon, do not do business here go somewhere else
HII my name is Maliah!!! About a month ago I wanted a 2013 ford mustang convertible and Rodo/David made that come true at first I was a bit sketchy of the place since I'm 7 hours away and can't look at it in person but Rodo made everything much better!! Hes very patient because of check reaching him a month late due to usps delivery problems!! They clearly took nice care of my car! First car and driving REALLLLY smooth! Thank yall <3 also he's really nice haha Only problem with the car is that I need to change the belt but I asked Rodo to let me do it since I needed my car asap

Avoid this dealership AT ALL COST especially if you don't speak "Spanish". Their cars are not good, and full of mileages. They have a NON-REFUNDABLE DOWN PAYMENT. Please Don't Finance with those People. Buy your car CASH there at your own risk. I'm telling you, Guys, this place is TERRIBLE ! ! ! I don't even know how they're getting customers.
