A few tech issues with seeing updated times on the website. Plus the app wasn't available for Australian customers travelling. But the people were very supportive and friendly with helping.

Absolutely the best medical supply store in town! Even with a small shop they truly offer the best services around!! I know that I can trust them to provide services I need at an amazingly competitive price. If they don't have a specific item on hand keep in mind that they can get any product you need! We were in urgent need of a hospital bed. Alliance Medical Staff were compassionate, courteous and expeditiously delivered a bed to our home. The bed quality was excellent and very clean. THANK YOU for helping us. Cyrus Safai

We were able to rent a recliner on short notice for a month. Then extend it for another month. Friendly staff and owner.
Called them over the phone to see if they can repair a hospital bed. They said it seems like a problem with the head board which would cost about $270 for parts and labor. They came in and didn't even take out the head board for a deeper look. They couldn't repair anything and then charged us $150 for travel time (in the same city) which they did NOT make clear in email or text or phone call. The fact that they did not make that clear until they arrived nor does their website state such a policy tells me that they lack integrity and are deceitful.
Staff great always letting me know when things are happening. Called 30 mojs before arrival when dropping off and taking back. Super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
If you are looking for a reliable Medical rental company, Alliance Medical is your best choice. Excellent customer service, Mike made sure we have the ECV suitable for our trip. Delivery and pick up went smoothly. We’ll surely rent from this company again.
