I stopped by today because I needed to get my first cane. The owners were friendly and their prices are very reasonable.
We were able to rent a recliner on short notice for a month. Then extend it for another month. Friendly staff and owner.
Called them over the phone to see if they can repair a hospital bed. They said it seems like a problem with the head board which would cost about $270 for parts and labor. They came in and didn't even take out the head board for a deeper look. They couldn't repair anything and then charged us $150 for travel time (in the same city) which they did NOT make clear in email or text or phone call. The fact that they did not make that clear until they arrived nor does their website state such a policy tells me that they lack integrity and are deceitful.
A few tech issues with seeing updated times on the website. Plus the app wasn't available for Australian customers travelling. But the people were very supportive and friendly with helping.
Excellent service. We needed a portable scooter to take my father-in-law for walks in the parks. and this company was brilliant in their dealings with us. I highly recommend them.
I needed to rent a wheelchair for a graduation on short notice and at an affordable price. I was referred to Alliance and so happy to have found them. When I went to the store I was helped by Sunita, who showed me the different options and helped me choose the right one. The wheelchair was new and easy to operate, and the price was right. Everything went so smoothly getting the wheelchair for an otherwise stressful event. I highly recommend Alliance Medical Supply and I will use them again.
They were prompt on delivery. Then explained that pickup would take more time but no charge would be added. The driver even helped me put our couch from the garage back into the living room. Highly recommend them!

Staff great always letting me know when things are happening. Called 30 mojs before arrival when dropping off and taking back. Super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
We arrived at the store during closing hour, but the owner Sunita kindly introduced us a variety of lumbar support straps. She even personally displayed how to put them on, and assisted my 80 year old grandma with several tryouts. It took us about 20 minutes till we finally decided on the most suitable size and style. The out the door price was under $40 and strap quality is impeccable. Thank you Sunita, we would definitly return again and would recommend your product and service to anybody in need.
