They made the impossible mission possible!! Nakul is a breath of fresh air with his “can do” attitude and gentle manner. A treasure for any team. After trying 16 other places that were mostly not available to reply to a phone call, late on a Saturday afternoon, I was about to Amazon a bed and Nakul saved the day. He returned my call to get my father a bed delivered on a Sunday. He sourced a driver and made it all happen. Noe, the driver, made a special trip for us and was also helpful and very nice to work with! Thank you, sounds too simple.
Very nice , dependable company. From the phone rep to the delivery person. Great customer service. I appreciated their quality of care and customer service. They Delivered my medical equipment as promised and when there was a problem with the equipment. They attended to it right away and delivered a replacement.
Great service. Very professional yet friendly . We have natural wood flooring very suceptable to damage, and Noe, the gentleman who delivered the bed was very careful and did a great job in assembling it without and damage. Highly recommend their service.
We rented a bed and a lift chair to recover from a surgery. When we called and explained our situation, the owner helped us picking out the equipments we needed and made arrangements to have them delivered on a short notice. We find them very helpful. Highly recommend the products and the service from Alliance Medical.
This place made it so easy to get supplies on short notice. They delivered it, and picked it up. No hassle at all, and Noe (who did the deliveries) goes really far out of his way to set things up to make you comfortable. Highly recommend.
After surgery it was super helpful to have a lift chair… ordering was easy, delivery was easy, extension was simple and pickup was flawless. They gave tight timelines and stuck to them and were great at active reach out and follow up
I recently rented an electric mobility scooter and was SO impressed with the help I received that I absolutely want to write the best review I can! Please use this business for your needs. For me the rental arrangements were first class. Drop off was discussed in detail with options. I was invited to join a video call to review which models I felt would work best. Sadly, due to last minute illness, I needed to cancel and that process was handled extremely professionally and with great understanding and compassion. More than 5 stars!
I have been so impressed with this company's customer service. The person who helped me (over the phone) choose the best wheelchair to rent was knowledgeable, patient, and resourceful. I am thrilled with the choice she recommended. The delivery person did a fabulous job as well. He was kind, helpful, and generous with his time.He rearranged his delivery schedule to accommodate my request for an early delivery. I would give this company 10 stars if that were an option! Truly one of the best!
