We had a problem with my mom’s hospital bed in her assisted living facility. Mike at Alliance Medical Supply and Rental took all my information in the early afternoon and then followed up that same afternoon at my mom’s assisted living facility and checked her bed. He located the problem and then procured the parts to fix the problem. He then went back to the facility that same afternoon and fixed the bed. Mike was very professional and efficient in resolving our problem. I am very satisfied and happy with his work!
IF I could give zero stars I would. This company accepted a rental request and then cancelled it after the expected delivery time, by email. No call, text, ect... When called the next day, Mike was unapologetic, unconcerned, flippant. He said the distance (less than 10 miles) was too great. He could not drive 15 minutes. So he cancelled our order without notice. I would hope this finds anyone who is thinking of doing business with this company. DONT
My mom's hospital bed broke this morning. My mom is completely bed bound and cannot move on her own at all, relies on her bed to sit up so she can eat, watch tv and visit with family. I called Alliance and spoke with Mike and by 2pm he had a new bed on it's way to our house! I can't say enough about how wonderful he was, offering me options (fix the old bed, rent or buy a new bed). I decided on a new bed. He gave me a very good price and his technician was at our house before 3pm. By 4:30pm mom was in her new bed! I would highly recommend Alliance Medical Supply to anyone looking for a place to purchase where the owners and technicians are caring and concerned with your family's needs. I can't thank them enough for the speedy response to my call and really fast service for my mom!
We rented a hospital bed and accessories from Alliance Medical for the month of April 2017. My wife just got out of surgery and we need the bed ASAP. They were very professional and the price was great. They responded immediately with delivery and setup. I would definitely use their services again if the medical need arises. Thanks.
Mayank (Mike) the owner was awesome. Alliance ordered a Pride lift chair for my 83 year old mom and requested a rush delivery. We anticipated waiting up to 4 weeks for the brown fabric but the chair arrived in under 3 weeks. Very happy with Mike, kept me informed by text and email even during the holidays.
Professional and courteous customer service experience. The owner delivered my mothers bed, set it up and trained me on how to use controls. Also offered other items for the bed that was very helpful. I highly recommend Alliance for all of your medical equipment and supplies. Thank you for your kindness.

My husband broke five ribs and we wanted him to mend at home rather in than in. a skilled nursing facility. I searched for hospital beds for rent and Alliance Medical Supply popped up first on the list. After perusing their website and reading reviews I gave them a call. And, boy am I ever glad I did! Nakul answered the phone at 10 am on a Thursday, explained the process of renting a bed and about their services and equipment. Noe, their incredible, kind and helpful driver, delivered the bed at Noon so that when my hubby got home that afternoon the bed was waiting for him. On Saturday morning the remote stopped working. I called the store and sent an email thinking I wouldn't hear back until Monday. Wrong! Within 10 minutes Nakul called and we were able to reset the remote over the phone. Two weeks later, our physical therapist suggested we get a wheelchair to make it easier for Tom to maneuver through the house as he got stronger. Again, Nakul had a wheelchair delivered that day. When the PT saw one of the brakes was not holding, the chair was replaced that afternoon. The service from Alliance Medical Supply was EXCELLENT. But, more important than that, is the incredible care and concern shown to us by every person working there. Client satisfaction is an obvious goal of this fine company. Client satisfaction coupled with compassion, understanding, helpful suggestions and reasonable costs validates our five star review!!
Alliance delivered a recline to standing chair at the last minute that absolutely saved me.my surgery recovery was massive and I was unprepared and if I hadn’t had that chair I would’ve needed 24 hour assistance. Everyone at Alliance is kind and responsive. It’s such a a great organization Nola delivered and picked up my chair and he’s helpful and professional a a real gentleman.
Great service. They had a different types of wheelchairs available for rental. I was able to rent the wheelchair on the same day. It was quick and painless--pun intended. My only con is to make sure you call before you head to the store. They were not open when i went to the store at 10:30am on a Thursday. Their opening hours that day was 10am -5pm. The price was $50 per week.
