This is by far the best company I have ever used. 365 takes care of me like no one has. They really took the time to get to know me on a personal level and treat me as if I’m family. The caregivers are great and do what needs to be done. The client manager Daniel is the best they got on the team. He really does everything in his power to make sure I’m comfortable and have everything I need. I will never use another company besides 365 Healthcare !

I joined “365” about 2-months ago. I was at another company and they were absolutely horrible, with everything. Everyone at that company didn’t care about me. When, I joined “365” they were super caring, and the communication was incredible. The Aides that they sent me are absolutely amazing!!! I feel as though I have a friend here, and they can help me with anything that I need. I would seriously, recommend everyone to “365”. I have a terrific case manager named “Kyle”, and he’s so wonderful with everything that I’ve thrown his way. He Rocks! I also, want to shout out to the “365” team in “Bala Cynwyd, Pa” you’re an incredible team! Thank You for all your hard work to help me and everyone else too. I’m not planning on leaving any time soon.
Better than most agencies. My father(who is their client) is a special case. He requires more care than your average person needing home health services. He is bed ridden and his care plan requires his care givers to provide light house keeping, meal prep, bed bath, laundry, and most importantly incontinence care(changing diapers). His care givers are consistent and show up when they are scheduled. My only issue is finding a caregiver who is capable of performing the duties required in the event that his regulars have other obligations . I will say that someone will always show up, they just may not know what to expect. . I wish 365 would do better at training or hiring more caregivers that have the skills to handle more difficult patients like my father. He could easily end up in the hospital if neglected even a little bit That is what would really set this company apart from ALL the others!

I have been with 365 for almost 6 months now. They are a very laid back company. They make sure that the consumers are good as well as the attendants. I would recommend that if you need any services 365 would be your company to go with and set services up with. Every last person is very nice and respectable and makes you feel welcome. 365 FOR THE WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This company I love it!!! Especially Jim. He takes care of everything you need. Me personally I love talking to Jim and Tyler they are the best. I've been with them for about a month and a half and I love my clients. This is the best company.
