I don't really know where to start. The first time 365 provided care for my mom was October 2024. On short notice, Pat arranged care with Yaasminah, who is gracious and kind. I wasn't sure I was going to need their services again. This past week in January I need care again. Pat was extremely helpful and accommodating. While I did not have Yaasminah, I did have Monique and Aasiyah. While my mom could not remember their names, she kept talking about how sweet they were at the end of their shifts. 365 can meet your elder care needs and they have an outstanding staff with individuals who treat your loved ones like family. I wish 365 exited where I live when I'm not visiting Philly for school.

I’ve been with 365 for a year now and I absolutely LOVE them. Out of the 5 agencies I’ve been with this is definitely the best one. Everybody in the office is awesome. But nobody is like Chris & Ian, they are the ones I communicate with the most & they’re hard work definitely shows. Their work and communication skills are 100% there, very respectful, & helps with anything you need, they are literally the best. I would recommend 365 to anybody who’s looking to receive or give care. Definitely the best agency.

Professional, friendly, helpful, compassionate. The staff always goes above and beyond making sure that both the client and the caregiver are satisfied, even making personal calls to check that things are good.They make genuine efforts to get to know clients and caregivers, like hosting seasonal parties. Recently I had to find services for my mother for care . I was referred to 365 health services by Zakera she explained the process to me and got me connected with a wonderful team of people who helped us through the process. I need to say there was one employee by the name of Mike F who was exceptional! He went above and beyond to assist us . He took the time to explain what we needed and made sure everything was done . He is amazing and made a stressful process easier and I thank him and everyone who helped us.

I've been with 365 for two and 1/2 years. They care about their clients and go above and beyond for coverage. They have wonderful care givers. We've had our care giver for over a year and we're very pleased so much so that now I'm in my senior years I needed a care giver and I've called them for my care giver too. l.

365 is a wonderful and very helpful agency. When referred to there, I spoke with Briyonna and She stopped at nothing to make sure I had a wonderful and easy experience. She was very helpful and informative and I appreciated all the time she took out to help me and make sure I was OK. Job well done by her!

I had a great experience working with 365 Health Services to get home care for my mother-in-law. This was my first time needing the services and I had no idea how to move forward. Ryan at 365 Health Services very patiently led us through the process making sure that we understood what to expect, what happened, and next steps. I would have been lost without his assistance. He made himself available at all times to help us. 365 Health and Ryan go beyond to make the process as simple as possible. I'm not easily impressed by healthcare services because I expect high quality service, however 365 Health and Ryan exceeded my expectation! I highly recommend them!

I have been pleased with the services my mother is receiving from 365. It is very easy to communicate with someone and everyone is always helpful. I communicate with Parth on a regular basis and he is very helpful with any changes that may come up with my mother. He also does really well with scheduling the home health aides assigned to her.

Best place to work! Everyone is welcoming and has good energy. Highly recommend.

I've been with 365 for 3 years or more and I appreciate certain people at this company so let's list them first; Cash, Chris (previous), Ion, Andrew, Matt, Dan, Colin, Caroline, and some others I'm sure I'm forgetting. I am verbal and I am able to speak for myself and I appreciate the adjustments that 365 has made for me and others. There are a couple people that I won't name who weren't the best when it came down to understanding the company for my needs but thank God you are able to switch out those people for someone that can adjust to the person that you are and that won't take advantage of the consumers needs. What I would suggest for everyone is for both the consumer and the people that work at the company is to educate themselves so that you would know what you are able to receive and have a good understanding of what the company can provide. I would like to thank 365 for adjusting to my needs as the consumer and I really want to thank Cash my service coordinator for being great with responding to my needs. They all have a great sense of humor, they are all very willing to help you when you are in need, they are always there and available if you ever need anything especially if it's not a weekday or after hours, and they are all very helpful. What I would suggest is that everyone educate themselves so that everyone can provide and everyone can consume...also have a great understanding of self and your needs so that you are able to communicate what it is that 365 can do to help you on your journey with them.
