The workers are amazing , their energy is phenomenal and always bring a smile to my face ever since I met them all and they make me feel family. James is the best!! he calls frequently to check to see how things are going, he answer all my questions and concerns and makes sure I understand everything and always tells me to call whenever!! Their main thing is communication and I love it .. Thank You for being sooo awesome 365 health services 🤗

I had the pleasure of speaking to Briyonna and she was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions. She made me feel that this is the company I would love to be apart of and refer my family that is in need. It’s hard finding genuine ppl who actually care, listen and understand your concerns. My family started with 365 and had the pleasure of meeting and working with a decent, well rounded, detailed oriented young man named Ian. Ian has been very attentive to the needs and cares of me and my family. He takes time to listen to concerns and is very efficient in response and resolve . Ian is one of the reasons why I feel comfortable with the services of 365. I LOVE him and his level of professionalism. 365 Health has been incredible for my mom's recovery for her needs after a bad car accident. They have been so attentive to all her needs. If you need help, give them a call.

Super quick and easy process!! My case manager, Mike, was very helpful and kind throughout the entire application process. He answered any questions I had, connected me to the right people and was just an overall pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My mother is paralyzed and suffers from a stage four bedsore. She depends on this company for basic care, but what she has received instead is neglect, disrespect, and complete lack of responsibility. On Mother’s Day, when her aide didn’t show up, she called the office — and was told, “You do realize it’s Mother’s Day, right?” As if her need for care could wait because it was a holiday. That comment alone sums up how little this company values their clients’ wellbeing or dignity. Too often, aides either don’t show up or leave early without saying anything. One aide left at 5 p.m. during an 11–7 shift, told my mom she was going to Wendy’s, and never came back. My mom cannot move or transfer herself, which meant she went from 5 p.m. until I got home at 10 p.m. with no food, no water, and no help. That wasn’t a one-time mistake — it has happened more than once. The coordinator who’s supposed to manage her care won’t even answer phone calls. She only texts — and even then, rarely follows through on anything. For a company that’s supposed to care for vulnerable people, this level of indifference is absolutely unacceptable. It’s heartbreaking to see someone you love — someone who has already lost so much independence — be treated as if her life and comfort don’t matter. It’s degrading, it’s cruel, and it’s emotionally devastating. No one should ever have to feel this helpless or unseen. If you care about your loved one’s safety, dignity, or even their basic human needs, do not trust this company. They have shown over and over again that they are careless, unprofessional, and completely lacking in compassion.

This company does not care about the amount or type of needed care the elderly requires. This company sent a young girl who is pregnant to handle a 94 year old women the caregiver was unaware of the patients limitations. The care giver was unable to handle her or pick her up when she fell on the floor. The care giver said “I didn’t know she could not stand without support”! This company also sent another care giver who was 4 months pregnant who could hardly answer questions with one word answers. I would NOT use this company Their goal is to make money for the company. Do Not Use Them!
