My experience with 365 health care services has been amazing. The employees really do care about you and make everything so easy. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tyler and he was able to handle everything for me. Would highly recommend 365 health care to any family in need.
I was very worried when I first started services, this is my first time. the person that help me was Bria, Brian was excellent he walked us through the process explain anything I didn’t understand didn’t. He made sure that we were in a safe environment not to mention the building is beautiful they are fast they are understanding and I give it five stars and highly recommend them.
Meeting with Matt today at 365 has been wonderful. He made me very comfortable and he had knowledge to all the questions I asked about the clients. From walking in the door meeting with a lady named Quaa and Venesha. Good job 365 on the staff. I’ll definitely send referrals.
Trusting Mom’s Home Health Care in the hands of 365 Health Services was a good decision. And what an awesome, caring and accessible staff they have! Ian Mitchell courteously and professionally assisted me in every aspect of the process while pairing the most compatible Health Aides to meet Mom’s needs. His compassion and concern alleviated any doubt that her experience would be an agreeable and memorable one.
Phyllicia M. Was so cool and made the orientation go by quicker. She made learning and retaining the information fun. Don’t forget the invisible step! She made us very comfortable. Everyone that came to speak to me/us were very polite and easy going. No question went unanswered and they gave us pizza! Brennan and West were cool too. Very welcoming.
As someone trying to care for their own loved one, I get to have 2 perspectives on 365. One from that of the employee & from daughter of the client. In the beginning, our initial point of contact was Tyler, and he made the process so much easier for our family. He came out to the house, met with my parents & helped to put them at ease. He is polite, professional & caring. I prefer his energy & overall demeanor when I have to interact with the office. But the other guys in the office are high energy, responsive and available as well. Since becoming a Health Care Worker with 365 over a year ago now, I've seen them grow & continually strive to improve their processes and interactions with both the client & worker. Suffice it to say, if this review were about Tyler alone, best believe it would be a 5 🌟 review w/o hesitation!!!😊

By far best home care agency in the city. Working with Matt & Andrew was awesome. They made everything so easy, and their consistent communication was on point. I’ll never leave 365!
Bryan has been very helpful through this whole process with my family, he went above and beyond to help in anyway he could. We are very satisfied with 365, they take good care of their clients and employees. This company is way better than any previous companies my family used in the past!
