This place sucks ! They don’t give you what your clothes are worth. Make you wait over two hours just for them to tell you they don’t take certain brands. A bunch of wanna be soho kids, pricing what ever they feel like. Don’t waste your time here.
went to sell some diesel pieces and they gave me a great deal for them. super reasonable and chill. thanks Ryan 👍🏼 I hope you get promoted . very much 5 star service. I Will be coming back….
The manager was rude and arrogant when I asked for his name due to an item incorrectly priced
This is not a typical second-hand store, but rather a store with very expensive items, not necessarily for people looking for good deals.
EXTREMELY nasty staff. Told me I belong at the free shop across the street. Coming from a loyal customer who has spent years and thousands of dollars at this store. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Chelsea… friendly staff and reasonable prices.
Some decently priced items, that's about it. I walked in and had to check in my bag, which I wouldn't have a problem with normally, but they let white girls walk around with open tote bags. (Way to make it obvious btw). Some prices were awful, almost full price for tattered and stained clothing.
I don't write reviews often, but I was genuinely so impressed with Luna (the manager), security and customer service at this store. I lost a really expensive pair of sunglasses and went back to this store the next day to retrace my steps. When I explained the situation, the security guard, the manager and 2 other employees asked for my info, the style, everything. The security guard who is precious helped me scour the store! Then the manager OFFERED TO REWATCH ALL THE VIDEO FOOTAGE! I could not even believe it. The whole staff really felt my pain. When I got home I received a text that I did have them on on my way out (with video screen shot) so I could look at other places. Really appreciated them dealing with me and trying so hard to get them back to me! Much love to this crew!
These people treated my special needs child with complete disrespect. BOTH security guards. I bought him here to shop for clothes, and it’s an overpriced ripoff anyways. They’re practically charging retail for used trash. And, that’s what this place is - trash that treats people with disrespect.
Brought a suitcase worth of clothes to sell. They took about 15 items and said they’ll give me $10 for it! I was shocked I said $10 are you serious?? (Was a mix of jeans, tops, and purses) This store is such a RIP OFF and likes to low blow sellers. Listen DON’T ever bring your clothes here to sell, better off going to Buffalo Exchange or Crossroads. (They’re way more fair and reasonable with pricing) The black guy who went through all my items also wanted to keep my entire suit case worth of other clothes that they weren’t going to sell and give it to donations. (without even asking me) I immediately told him NO give them back! And I’m so glad I did that, because I went to Buffalo Exchange and Crossroads right after and got over $150 cash for selling those items to them instead! Sellers beware of 2nd STREET SOHO!! Terrible rip off store! I wish I could give them 0/5 stars.
Waste of time. Don’t make a deal with these people. I went there trying to sell some stuff designer brands like The North Face, Stussy, Drew, and Burberry — and they made me wait almost an hour just to tell me they’d give me $30 for my North Face jacket. 😆😆
