I needed to get a very high value and fragile piece of art from a local freight company to a demanding customer. These folks delivered!!! The pickup and delivery had to happen in a very tight time window. They noticed some damage on the crate and were kind enough to open the crate to help determine if anything was broken. Through it all the communication was incredible. In summary: - Fair Pricing - Excellent communication - Above and beyond service These are the guys to go to. Thanks!

I am not local and needed to have something couriered in town. Lucian was wonderful. I can't say enough good things. These guys are just exceptional! My wife is 39 weeks pregnant this week, and I need some documents picked up at a clients home, I called this company at 7am and within 20min I was called back and better yet they were able to to make the trip and get there the time I needed to be there. I hired 512 Deliver to pick up my boxes from FedEx and deliver them to my hotel since FedEx had issues delivering my boxes as promised on a Friday and then was delayed to arrive 3 days later - after I actually needed them. Lucian worked with the local FedEx office for DAYS (over a weekend) since the FedEx office kept giving us misinformation about the actual arrival of my boxes. Once my boxes arrived in Austin, and FedEx said they couldn’t deliver them to my hotel (you have ONE JOB FedEx!?) and Lucian promptly notified me my boxes had arrived and delivered them. He even notified me that my boxes had arrived to the FedEx facility before FedEx did. I can’t stress enough how much I felt that Lucian went above and beyond the call of duty to get my boxes to me before my big event. I’m so glad I used his company. 512’s automated texts and emails to notify you when your packages arrived was seamless. I wish my local courier in DC did the same thing! I used Just Dial 512-DELIVER for transporting some beverages and boxes from my home to my wedding venue (bottled water/sodas/a few large boxes). There weren't enough things to warrant a moving truck, but there were too many to load into my own car, so I wanted to go with a courier service. He noted the approximate amount of things I needed to transport and gave me a very reasonable quote for moving it from Austin to Driftwood, Texas at a very specific time (since it was on the same day of my wedding).
