I couldn’t ask for a better freight service than 512-DELIVERY. This company was responsive and made sure that all my needs were covered. Not only that, they secured my shipment in the best way I’ve ever seen in the market. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for emergency service for courier. Also, they offer 24/7 service, which is helpful for any type of needs that you may have. I also enjoyed my time working with them during the shipment process.
I had the absolute best experience with 512-Deliver and our messenger Lucian. He went completely above and beyond what would be expect and made our experience so smooth. I will ALWAYS use 512-Deliver going forward for any of my messenger needs in Austin. I can't praise them enough!
Called and requested a specific style of delivery that is not a normal for this company. They explained pretty quickly that they would not be a good fit for our needs, HOWEVER they then spent a good 10 minutes discussing options (even giving another companies recommendation) and talking through the best way to arrange the deliveries we were looking for. This was after it was clear we would not be a paying customer. That's great customer service.
Lucian and his team do a fantastic job! We needed something done the same day to get pictures to our client to wrap up a huge campaign and we had no one in the area. 512-deliver was able to get the job done with plenty of time to spare. He called me at each stop to confirm what he was supposed to do and did it as good as some of most seasoned installers. If you need someone in a pinch who is ultra responsive and will keep you in the loop constantly, do not hesitate to give 512-Deliver a call!
Outstanding service! Lucian went above and beyond. I needed last minute courier service (pick up and drop off) in Austin and Lucian was responsive and professional from the minute I called to inquire. He kept me posted throughout the service, which I appreciated since I do not live in Austin. They know what they’re doing and go the extra mile, in a friendly relaxed way. Best experience I’ve had with a courier service (or any service really). Lucian is a delight and the software updates they use to track the delivery is top notch. My client receiving the item is in her 90s and very much worried about whom would be picking/up dropping off at her home. The courier was “a joy” she said and the antique piece of furniture they delivered was in pristine condition. Can not appreciate these folks enough.

They communicate with notifications every step of the way from pickup, to ETA when getting close to drop off, to arriving at the location, to delivery drop off AND with pictures that include map coordinates and time stamps!
