I didn’t know this level of customer service still existed! Lucian went above and beyond to help me get a gift to a friend who was staying at a hotel, I live far away. He picked up the gift from a shop, and went the extra effort by getting a cute birthday bag too! And always kept me updated. I would use again and again!

I had to return rented office equipment to my employer but have difficulty with my mobility. What to do? I searched Google in Austin and found three of the most promising courier services, and 512 Deliver seemed the most promising. Once I called their number, I spoke with Luciano who was very calming and reassuring about very quick service at a reasonable price. It was on par with FedEx without the need to drive to another location and use their packing services for next day delivery. This delivery took place within 30 minutes of pick up from my from door! Luciano was just amazing, friendly, and professional. He was right on time, took pics of both locations, and you can see why 512 Deliver has a perfect 5.0. Zero issues!

In order to get my daughter into the college dormitory of her choice we had to complete a contract sent out on the Monday and get it to the dorm the next day, no drop offs were allowed except by commercial courier. Acceptance was based on the delivery time of the package with extremely limited spaces available. I discussed with 512-DELIVER explaining the situation and that the office would open for business at 8am. They said no problem. They could meet me Monday night to pick up the package and would get to the office before 8 am to make sure it was at the very front of the line. They picked up the package on time, text me from the site at 7:40am the next day with a picture of the entrance to the office. Then another text at 7:56am to confirm delivery. 24 hrs later my daughter received confirmation she had been accepted into the dormitory. These guys are the absolute best... they do exactly what they say they are going to do and very reasonably priced for the extra mile they are willing to go......
