Our hotel was no help in returning some rental tuxes. I found 512 and they were great. Easy, affordable and great communication.
Our company needed a next day delivery from Shiner TX to Morgantown WV. 1-512 Deliver picked up the item within two hours and drove directly to the destination in great time. The GPS tracking worked great to see exactly where the items was at and the time estimate for the delivery. I would use them again.
Amazing service provided by 1-512-DELIVER!! We needed medication picked up for my ailing daughter while I was out of town. No other companies could help us. Lucian was so helpful and kind and understanding of the situation and urgency. They came through and I was so thankful!!! Would definitely highly recommend 1-512-DELIVER. I cannot express how amazing Lucian is to work with! I had a bit of a complicated delivery situation, and on our initial call, he was so patient with me as I explained it to him. He also worked with me to secure the most affordable solution to my needs. Such a good price for the service we got! He always responded so quickly to my texts and went the extra mile to take everything into consideration for me. He also showed up early to our pickup times just in case and was so efficient and careful with helping us load and unload! I cannot recommend him enough!!
Just had an incredible experience with 512-DELIVER. Lucian on the phone was quick to place my same day order. Had it picked up in about an hour and was delivered to Round Rock in about 25mins. Kept me updated along the way via location on the map, text messages and a pics of drop off location. The driver called for a bit of needed communication with the administrator at the office and even returned to the window to update her of needed information. Was blown away by such amazing and dedicated service from start to finish.
Best experience I have had working with a courier service. They were at the location within 25 minutes, super communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure my package was properly received and handled correctly at the drop off point! As someone who is not a local and scheduling a pickup, this was extremely comforting. Highly recommend if you are looking for a delivery service in the area.
