I was in trouble when another courier backed out of a critical delivery of some heavy equipment. Lucian was not only helpful, but went out of his way late at night to make things happen. Even though he knew I was in trouble, he did not gouge me on the rate. His electronic tracker with GPS is a stroke of genius, and his communication stellar. I can't say enough good about this guy. You won't regret using him.

Hands down one of the best courier experiences I've ever had. I called Lucian late on a Thursday night with a crazy request needing a package picked up in Laredo, TX at 6am the next morning and delivered back to Austin ASAP during SXSW. He was so helpful, brainstorming and giving me every option he could think of- driving, flying, Greyhound drop-off, Airport drop-off. He researched flight options and sent me text updates as I was waiting for a decision to come from my team. We ended up with the fastest option (driving) and as promised, a driver was in Laredo at 6am, ready to pick up and drive the 4 hours back to Austin. I received text updates and GPS monitoring so I could follow the package all the way to the arrival. It was even delivered 3 hours ahead of when originally promised! They called me upon delivery to triple check that it should be delivered to the front desk of our team's hotel. I could not have been happier with the experience. They saved our team by helping us make a client's SXSW experience the best it could be. If I ever need anything in the Austin or greater area I know who I will be calling! THANK YOU 512-DELIVER!
This is the first time that I used this service. The person that I called and the delivery driver were both professional and friendly. The delivery was on time and excellent communication from order to delivery. I will definitely use them again for my courier needs
Lucian was so helpful to us. We needed to transport a trailer for BACKPACKER Magazine front austin toe Fayetteville AR very quickly for our road Tour. It was a stressful situation and the trailer had many important and valuable items. Lucian made me feel immediately at ease, and even used humor to help calm the situation. His communication was consistent, his pricing was fair and I trusted him the whole time. He even went early to check in to be sure all was well before transporting the trailer, then kept us fully informed and even sent photos and a GPS tracker of the trip. I could not recommend him more highly!
