Very, very rude employee. I shop here a lot but we could not find a big selection the last I visited the store. I made a large order on line. My daughter tried the dresses, she kept two and I returned the ret. The employee that helped me snacked every dress out of my bag, and true each one on the counter after she credited my order. Very rude. She proceeded to tell me that I should have returned these dresses on line because this was causing her not to receive her bonus this day. I was not aware of the store policy and she was taking her frustrations on me. Very disappointed with the customer service I receive this day.
Olivia was nothing but rude this morning during our visit in. She was huffing and puffing at the fact that my sisters were in the dressing rooms trying things on, then she was extremely inconvenienced when my other sister didn’t hear her question and she had to repeat herself, nevermind the face she made. Mind you, we were very polite saying please and thank you. I feel for her if she was having a bad day but reading the previous reviews, sounds like you need to rethink your staff.
Overall it was a good store, all the clothing and dresses were well organized. Although, as I have been there on multiple occasions, there was one person who specifically stuck out to me. Every time I have been in there she has treated me poorly and gave me incredible attitude on multiple occasions. I believe her name was Kylie. Every time I had asked for her help she would reply in rude ways, or tell me to move in a rude way as well. As a customer I didn’t appreciate it.
I said no to giving my email address and the lady rudely said "unfortunately I do need your email." Obviously a stupid excuse to force customers to give their email to get their employee email rate up. I gave a very very fake email. Don't pressure your customers or they won't stay your customers.
Manager should be fired for Racism just because my friend didn’t speak English refused to return or store credit for a shirt that has not been worn had no signs of wear but said that she has the right to refuse a return. It was so disrespectful
I was looking for a dress for a very important occasion. My friend was helping me try on the dresses that I found cute. They gave us a 10 minute limit to try on six different dresses. I forgot to pick up my keys in the dressing room on the way out and the way they got my attention was very rude and totally uncalled for. As me and my friend were checking out the cashier was extremely rude, short, and judgmental. I found a cute dress in the end but will never be recommending this store to anyone.

They refused to give me a receipt for my purchase unless I provided an email.
Rude employees for starters. Then they didn’t take the security sensor off so I had to drive an hour back to the mall and Taylor the manager refused any compensation but told me I can buy more stuff and get a 30% discount. Lol. No thanks. Also FYI no returns which I already knew because I would have absolutely returned this cheap ass thing
SHEIN quality for 5x the price. I will never go back and also won’t allow my daughter to spend her money there. They don’t have a system, it’s total chaos and the worst part is that their workers are rude, dismissive and rolling their eyes at their customers. Be ready to wait 1 hr in line for their fitting room and then also be limited to 6 items. Teenager girls might put up with this but their moms don’t.
