I had a very disappointing experience at the Windsor store in Park Meadows. The associate, Alexis, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She insisted that I provide personal information to complete my purchase. I calmly explained that customers have the option to decline sharing personal information, especially as someone with management experience. Despite this, she continued to argue with me and refused to complete the transaction unless I complied. This entire interaction was frustrating and completely avoidable. No customer should feel pressured, argued with, or disrespected while trying to make a purchase. Experiences like this are exactly why I prefer shopping online instead of in- Store

Alexis was super helpful and friendly. The clothes here are SO fashionable and of high quality. If you need ANYTHING ask Alexis and she will take good care of you. I’ll be back to give this store more of my business!
They closed the fitting rooms for no reason, at a dress store?

The people at the register have horrible customer service skills, specifically Alexis. She was very rude and rushing for absolutely no reason, there was literally noone else in the store…
Alexis the “assistant manager” was very unprofessional and spoke with a very rude unnecessary tone. This store needs to recheck who they have on their crew as she was rushing me and throwing a fit as my girlfriend tried something on. Absolutely ridiculous to have someone like this representing a great store
I went there twice this wee the first time I went there I asked the people nicely and they were very rude so I just left and came back to get the dress after 2 days I like to think that maybe the other employees will be much nicer but I am wrong. they are also rude like the first 2 employees . I will not come back to this specific store. They need to retrain so they can give good customer service.
the girls that work here are so insanely rude for absolutely no reason. when i tried to use a coupon that i had from windsor at checkout, stella the cashier started slamming my things and the computer system..? lol i’m not sure what’s in the water at this store but the girls are the worst example of customer service i’ve ever seen
