The manager has no customer service skills. Initially upon purchasing they were upset i only bought 1 dress. When i went to make a return the manager denied my returns stating they weren't paid for at that location and I needed to go to each store individually to return! This is NOT the stores policy. Completely unacceptable customer service

Last minute homecoming dress shopping trip. The selection was good. It was packed & the staff did great accommodating everyone. Very friendly as well. Manager & staff really hustled to get everyone taken care of. You 3 ladies working on 9/12/24 evening deserve recognition. 😃 👗 🙏

Would not let me in the fitting room with my teenager to help her get her dresses on for try on purposes. Fitting room person was incredibly rude to not only the moms in here with their daughters but also with the girls themselves trying to find their perfect homecoming dresses. If it wasn’t for the fact that this is one of the only places in the Denver area to find a decent dress, I would literally never come back to this store. For reference, I came in the fitting room to help my daughter for prom 2025 and homecoming of 2024, I feel as though the fitting room attendant is on a serious power trip.

Super rude workers. Go work at Amazon if you don’t want to deal w people I was super mistreated despite being nice to them

Drove nearly an hour and half to go to this store to look for Homecoming dresses. When getting there, there was a line out the door and a worker only allowing a certain amount in at time. Which was fine. We waited about 30 mins, went inside, picked out 5 dresses which took less than 10 mins. We got in line for the dressing room and waited for about 5 mins when a worker came up and said they already made the last call for dressing rooms and we wouldn’t be allowed to try on dresses. I asked her why they were having people wait in line outside without telling them this, in which she replied that she just told the girl at the door. Considering you’re controlling the entry into the store, maybe telling people at the door should have been done before cutting off dressing room access. We were in the store for about 15 mins and never heard a last call. Mind you, we were in line for the dressing rooms a full hour before the store’s closing time. When I asked where the last person for the dressing room was at, she pointed to someone three girls ahead of us, which means those three people didn’t hear a last call either. Just such a terrible way to do business! She said we could just purchase things and return them as long as they weren’t final sales. Not really feasible for us living so far away. Both workers, the one at the entrance and the one who told us about the last call were completely unpleasant. A bad experience all the way around!

Took my daughter in for prom dress shopping. Girl running the store (short girl, dark hair) I asked if we could get a dress off the mannequin she looked and me and said in a little bit. We got the fitting room for her to try that dress and another. We waited for 10 mins waiting for her to get the dress. She was organizing the store steaming a dress and then finally got the dress down. Turns out the dress fit and thankfully the other lady working there was nice at checkout. Im so happy that was my daughter's senior prom so we dont have to go back to that store.

Dear Windsor Corporate Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding an incident that took place on September 12, 2024, at one of your stores during my visit with my 14-year-old daughter to find a homecoming dress. The experience we had with one of your employees was extremely upsetting and unprofessional, and I believe it warrants your attention. From the moment we entered the store, this particular employee addressed us in a rude manner, informing us multiple times—despite our clear acknowledgment—that we could only try on six dresses. My daughter politely responded “yes, thank you,” yet the employee repeated the rule unnecessarily. When I assured her we understood the rule, she curtly replied, "Well, rules change every day here." Her tone and behavior were both inappropriate and made us feel unwelcome. Before my daughter even had a chance to try on her dresses, the employee asked someone else to count them. At this point, I calmly asked her why she seemed to be in a bad mood and was treating us this way. In response, she raised her voice and stated, "I'm telling you the rules," in an explosive manner, and then proceeded to call security on me without justification, leaving my daughter alone in the fitting room. I felt that this action was highly uncalled for and put us in a vulnerable and stressful situation. Given the history of discrimination in similar circumstances, where minorities are often wrongfully targeted, I began recording the incident for my own protection. However, the employee then began spreading misinformation to other customers, telling them that I was recording them without permission, which was not true. As a mother and a customer, I believe that no one should have to endure such hostility and lack of professionalism, especially in a family-oriented environment where the customer experience is so important. I am deeply concerned that an individual with this demeanor is representing your brand, and I strongly believe that this incident reflects poorly on the Windsor company as a whole. I am requesting that this matter be investigated, and I would like to know what steps will be taken to address this employee’s behavior. I believe an apology is warranted, and I hope that corrective action will be taken to ensure this kind of incident does not happen to other customers. She refuse to give me her name. the shift time was 5:10 pm the security guard me outside until my daughter came out making me feel like a criminal. I never really write reviews but the customer service here is actually terrible. The employees are so rude and there was maybe 1 nice employee, they look at you weird and if you’re literally just shopping they push you around trying to “fill” the racks with items people just tried on. Don’t even get me started on the return process either, if you buy something and bring it back they judge you soooo hard and then act like it’s a crime to return an item that’s so cheaply made!

Wow I hate leaving bad reviews but don’t waste your time here go to Jc penny macys anywhere but here!!! Drove from Colorado Springs… What can I say came in with both my daughters to buy dresses for there up coming pageant both are in there 30s with over millions of followers on there channel! Found some waited in line for the dressing room 45 minutes never moved they have blocking the whole store can’t get through!!! Went behind I guess the cashier instead of saying excuse me sir the tattooed teene bopper with short dress and white cowboy boots yells saying we can’t go behind her no signs saying where to go or blocked off!! Lovely customer service!! Back to the story lol 😂 line never moves so I tell my daughter to just to slip the dresses over clothes well guess what we get yelled at again telling us we can’t do that due to loss and theft!! This store needs to reamp with more professionalism when so busy only let people try in a limited amount not 20 so the line moves more training on how to talk to customers terrible place will be definitely blasting on all platforms!!!!

I came in with my young daughter looking for a birthday dress for myself. I'm not gonna lie, it felt awkward. I am a young mom, but I'm an adult, and I caught several judgemental looks from several employees, even though my daughter was being very quiet and well behaved and I was just looking around myself. It felt awkward! Overheard several employees talking on the phone while on the floor working and gossiping over people / coworkers. Had to ask help to get a dress down twice and one employee literally rolled her eyes and asked someone else to do it. I did end up buying my dress, because they truly are gorgeous and a good price! I got compliments on my outfit all night. If you can get past the weird service, it's worth it.
