It used to be a good spa center until I believe recently they changed management . There ‘s all new people there even in the front desk . What really did me was I had paid for a package membershio . Everytime I go for my facial I was always checking with the front to make sure we are on the same page as far as how many facials I have left and it was always in accordance . In my record when I went there last in May , I was supposed to still have 3 facial treatments left but this new management was telling me that in their record it was my last . We compared notes & dates & they said I came at a certain date when I didn’t because I kept a record each time I go & like I said I would compare it with the front desk & before this time , we were always in agreement . So I would say , beware of signing up a package with these new people /management ! Or I don’t know maybe because they took over so they stopped honoring the rest of the package that was signed & paid with the previous management? Either way , it’s still not good customer service . I felt cheated ! If there’s a zero , I would score it ZERO because of that . And I’ve been with them for a while maybe 3 years because I really liked the previous management . Even their staff personnel who were there before are all gone !

I really enjoy my facials with Terylyn. She is so professional and attentive, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. The experience is amazing , and my skin looks and feels great afterward. Definitely one of the best! Thanks

I’m very satisfied with the treatments and with the service I use everything at home. Yes I take care of my skin. I like to come over here. They treat me very nice. Everyone very kind to me and I like the space. And I got a package with them i come once a month to do treatment to my face.

Absolutely love this place ! I just signed up to become a member and have no regrets! I had a Hydro facial done by Lynn and she exceeded my expectations. All the aestheticians here are amazing and have so much knowledge on guiding you to meet your facial needs. I totally recommend this place for any girlies that are looking for a relaxing and money worth facial! 😊

Willow Glow is definitely a place to have a facial! Monica at the reception desk is very friendly and helpful. I was able to enjoy a body massage in the body massage chair while waiting for my appointment. Then I had a superb facial with Terilyn. I have not had a facial in 15 years and she makes my skin look 10 years younger. She was very gentle and knowledgeable about skin care. I would definitely rate Willow Glow 10 stars!!!

I went to Glow Clinics after seeing their “Turkey Neck Rescue” on Instagram. For $169, I was supposed to receive 2 facials. I gave my email and phone number, and after that the texts were nonstop. I went in knowing full well that something marketed as a “turkey neck rescue” would likely require more than 2 facials, and realistically, long-term correction for that usually involves surgery. Still, I went in with an open mind. When I arrived, the young ladies at the front desk were super kind and welcoming. There was also a tall gentleman walking around eating gelato who I assumed was the owner. I was first taken to a photo booth for facial skin analysis and then brought into an office with him to discuss the facial I was about to receive. He was very complimentary, but honestly, I was completely distracted by the gelato on his mouth during the conversation. The esthetician who did my facial — whose name I unfortunately can’t remember — was absolutely lovely. Thankfully, I didn’t have high expectations. The facial itself consisted of cleansing, a vibrating red light therapy device (which I actually already own), and then a larger red/blue light therapy machine placed over my face. My skin did look nice afterward. Overall, the experience lasted about 45 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Afterward, I was taken back into the consultation office with the same gentleman to review my “skin analysis.” This is where everything started to feel very scammy. He told me I would need 5–6 sessions totaling nearly $8,000. Yes… EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS. I told him that was completely out of my price range — especially considering that amount could practically go toward a mini facelift. He immediately pivoted and offered me 3 sessions for $400 instead. I said I wanted time to think about it and asked if there was any literature or information I could take home to review. He seemed genuinely puzzled by the request and said he would “email it to me.” I’m still waiting. Then, when I went to pay, I realized nobody even mentioned the second facial that was supposedly included in the original promotion. Not that I planned to return anyway. The funniest part about this entire experience is that I already own most of the same tools they were trying to package into an $8,000 treatment plan. I’m literally laughing as I write this because the whole thing felt absurd. Again, the women I interacted with were kind and professional, but the overall experience left me feeling pressured, uncomfortable, and misled. And one final piece of advice: if you’re consulting with clients about thousands of dollars worth of cosmetic procedures… maybe don’t do it while eating gelato. This place left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. And for me to leave this type of review says a lot! I NEVER leave reviews because I’m usually too lazy to do so. Am I disappointed that I lost $169 plus a tip? Absolutely. But if sharing my experience helps someone else avoid feeling pressured or potentially scammed, then it was worth it.
