I came to Glow for the promotion and it was amazing breathtaking and relaxing Stephanie was very gentle and always made sure I was comfortable.
They will advertise to book and you pick a slot from their calendar, suddenly you will get a text, we are in high demand and uour appt is cancelled, this is not one time experience but 4th time. They never the provide alternate slots to pick from It seems they are just collecting data with low prices to attract customers and then not do anything Update Farzana from the clinic texted me to call back for appointment I called back and instead of being apologetic and fixing the problem, rudely asked me to delete my review as a condition for service. I believe in honest feedback, so I am sharing this experience to show how they handle complaints. Update and answer to your below justifications of this sham data collection practice: You waste someones time by inviting them to book and then send a message to call u back as you are holding the appointment, i call u to say we dont have any appointments, this is not the way to do business and then say to delete reviews to get service, listen to the recordings of your own staff and how they talk instead of blaming customers for aggressive behavior,

I’ve been a willow glow costumer since 2025 and honestly it’s a great place. My favorite day every month starts here. Welcoming is warming, stuff is super nice every time, love the massage chairs and Lynn usually helps me with my treatments. She’s so professional and explains everything before the facial start, always on time and nice relaxing music waiting inside her spa room. You will love it!!

I had a really good time today. It was my first day here I did a facial. I really like the Service ter was the one that did for me the facial. I’m really happy. I also met Ray and she’s a very nice person.
I suffered burns to my face after my last visit April 2025 from the red-light facial treatment I received here. I had a serious reaction for 6+ months and will not be returning. I would be very cautious with all treatments here. Also, they had a very high pressure outside sales team onsite that were never seen again after my second visit January 2025. Why did they change their name all of a sudden? This is the former Wellness Spa of Willow Glen. Fair warning...I hope that no one else has to go through the terrible facial reactions that I went through from the last facial treatment. My face constantly peeled and peeled for months and was rather embarrassing to deal with. I went to my dermatologist 3 times and the only thing that really worked was allowing my face to heal over time from the damage. ***UPDATE - I received a full refund of the remaining balance owed 06/17/2026 after I disputed the charges through their third-party financial company (Cherry Technologies). Still never got a call from the owner.
