I strongly advise potential clients to proceed with extreme caution. I was pressured into purchasing an expensive “premium” package that was completely misrepresented. The first appointment was supposed to include advanced treatment to remove dark spots using specialized equipment and a professional approach. Instead, they tried to give me a full-body tanning service, which had absolutely nothing to do with what I originally wanted or was promised. My second appointment was rescheduled due to what can only be described as a complete administrative mess. Despite this, they continued charging me through their financing partner (Cherry), which felt very unfair and unprofessional. By the third appointment, it became clear that this was a total scam. I received a very basic facial that had nothing to do with the premium services they advertised in their packages. Their packages are misleading and do not reflect the actual services provided. I filed a complaint with the third-party financing company to cancel the service immediately. They only responded after 4 days, and it wasn’t until I sent a second, more assertive email that they processed a partial refund. Out of the $1,500 I was charged, they only refunded $1,000. This was, without a doubt, the worst service experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this place at all. Do not purchase any packages—they do not deliver what they promise.

I had a great experience at this location and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to get some pampering or need professional care. Stephanie loves what she does and it reflects in her facial. My consultation with Renato was very helpful to find the right treatment plan and products for my skin’s needs. Renato was charming and extremely knowledgeable, and I can’t wait for my next appointment.
Terilyn is an amazing aesthetician and took the time to customize my treatment. My skin looks amazing! Glow is the right word to describe my “after”. The manager, Renato, took the time to meet with me and it’s obvious he cares about the experience the clients here receive.
Willow Glow always makes sure I'm well taken care of! Terilyn does a great job and tries to make me comfortable with some small talk or with some water or tea. I'm not super into stuff like skin care usually but I can tell these guys care a lot about their customers which is a big plus!
I really enjoy my visits with Stephanie every month. I enjoy the luxury of the Wellness Spa The products are excellent. Stephanie spends the hour making me feel relaxed and pampered. The treatment room is very cozy, is lit beautifully and the aroma is very delicious. The massage chairs available are heaven. Beautiful space. Terilyn, was amazing doing my nano facial today. I enjoyed the care and detail she put while performing my facial. This is a great place to consider. Everyone is friendly and helpful from the staff at the front desk to the esthetician.
The manager was kind and most of the staff was great, but at the end I feel scammed. I spent several hundred dollars on a package and my skin didn’t improve at all. After the last appointment, I left with a decent chemical burn over my entire face. I had a few other poor experiences, especially with weird timing, broken promises, and confusing packages.
The spa is clean and well organized. My spa tech Lynn did a great job. She is responsible, experience for the service she provided. I love to have her take care of my skin.
The space is clean and welcoming. I had such a nice hydrafacial with Lynn, and receptionist was very sweet. They have packages they offer for future treatments as well. Hope to make it back.
