The staff was very friendly and professional. It's a LGBTQIA+ organization. The registration staff was welcoming and kind. They also took time to treat each patient like the are unique people. My provider took their time addressing all my concerns about the changes I needed with my medication. They also made sure that I was given the best options for my needs when changing my medicine. They also looked at my medical history and explained as my options that they knew of help me make the most informed decision. I believe that anyone who comes to this location for their healthcare will be extremely happy with the service they receive.
I travel 45 minutes to this Location when I get there, she told me I have to change my PCP which she could’ve told me that over the phone and saved me a lot of time because I was in an Uber. I was so upset I left and I will not be returning unprofessional rude.
I had the most amazing experience ever! The entire staff was professional and non judgmental. I went in with a host of issues due to poor choices and Dr. Smith was so comforting and showed general concern. I don’t remember the medical assistant’s name but he was great as well. The guy from quest with the red hair did my injection, and that too was the best experience I’ve had with what would usually be a painful injection. Impossible to get anything done with these people. I spent about 90 minutes being bounce from one office to another to another and another. They won't bother returning calls. They can't tell you anything about how much something costs. The crappy clinic at HEB was far better than the clown show at Wellness Bar. What a joke.
It took 10 minutes for the receptionist to even come to her desk to check anyone in. During this time, it sounded like the staff was throwing a party in the back (all being very noisy) and multiple other staff members walked by but did not greet anyone waiting or go let the receptionist know. When she did return, it would have been nice for her to simply appogize for leaving people waiting but apparently this business has so little respect for its patients that they can't even do this. I advise sticking to the main location on California St and avoiding this place.
I love my provider ( I would give her 5 stars) but trying to get in touch with the office is horrible!! I called to try to figure out my bill but no one would answer the phone. I called probably about 5 times and finally got someone on the phone he said he would get the receptionist to call me back and I never received a call back. I waited a couple hours and called again and still the same issue. It shouldn’t be this hard to get ahold of the office. Also when someone doesn’t answer it gives you the option to get transferred to someone but all it does is hang up on you.

I do not enjoy doctor's visits, but Legacy made me feel super comfortable! The young lady who I believe is named Valentina (?) at the front desk was attentive, kind and open to addressing any and all concerns that I had. Thank you Legacy for ensuring that the quality of your employees is AMAZING.

Wellness Bar makes healthcare classy and relaxed. It feels like walking into a health spa or a nice nail salon. The waiting room is vibrant and atypical for a doctor’s office. You might not even realize that it was medical clinic if you were passing it on the street. The staff is always pleasant and their providers are top notch. If you’re the type that hates going to the doctor because of the vibe you get at most clinics, try Wellness Bar instead; they’ll make you feel comfortable and at ease. Don’t listen to people who say the staff is rude; they’re obviously clueless; these are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet in a medical facility. Also, my test results are available to me on-line in two or three days every time I go.
