I’ve been going to this clinic for a year and I must say I just love them. Kenneth was working the front desk and was super nice. Not only did he get me check in but, he got me all set up for the nurse practitioner Allie. I normally see Haley. But, Allie made me feel like I’ve allows been her patient. They do full labs and the pharmacy is literally down the street and super convenient. If you know anyone who is scared to get tested they will treat you like family here.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with my primary care provider because I need to be transferred to another hospital. I called the Legacy line, but they weren’t able to connect me, and I really needed to speak with my doctor urgently. UPDATE: I’ve personally had a very difficult experience with this clinic and with the process of trying to get help during a serious health situation. I felt unsupported and felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. I regret choosing this clinic for my primary care needs, as I felt abandoned during a time when I truly needed guidance. My interactions with my provider, Rianne Smith, left me extremely frustrated. I felt unheard and not properly assisted when trying to get treatment, and I plan to file a formal complaint so the situation can be reviewed. My scheduled virtual appointment was also not honored, which added to the stress. Overall, I went through a lot trying to get proper care, and I hope the clinic takes steps to improve communication and follow-through with patients who are dealing with urgent medical issues. Update 12/12/2025 I believe there is stigma about bisexuality at this location. I received a rude message today from on of there providers in my chart. Trying to make me worried when I'm still in the hospital? Obviously I know I'm taken care of but calling me about refilling the wrong medication is crazy. Trust me when I say I will never be returning to any Legacy Clinic.

The services provided were friendly, thorough and quick. I felt the provider really took time to gather information for my healthcare and the follow up and notes are very helpful. You have access to lab info and ranges to better understand your labs and notes about what is recommended.

Dr. Carroll is awesome and really listens. The clinical staff at the Wellness Bar helpful, friendly and professional. It’s super easy to check in online and review your results. The facility is modern and clean, with parking very close by. If you haven’t been to the Wellness bar, check it out. Legacy hit it out of the park with the Wellness Bar, and the doctors and staff make it awesome. Thanks WB

New patient this week at wellness bar. Dr Carroll and staff were excellent. Dr listened closely to my concerns, thoroughly took into account my medical history and explained everything in an understandable manner. Look forward to continuing being a patient there.

Maggie White was extremely professional and personable. She handled my medical concerns with care and gave me easy and reliable medical solutions that fit me & my lifestyle. The staff were all so professional and the wait time was extremely short. There’s so many wonderful things I could say about the wellness bar by legacy, I highly recommend anyone going there. !

Last week was my first day trying them out as a new patient. When I walked in the only person that was nice was the one that was checking me in. Then I met the provider Rianne who ordered a bunch of blood work for different tests. After she left she sent her medical assistant into ensure that I was going to be okay with the amount of blood I needed to draw. I made a request to see if it was okay if I could get half done and then the other half the next day which I have done before. She went to ask the provider and came back and said I had to do them all. I asked if she could send the provider back and instead the lab tech came in attempting to bypass everything I was requesting. At that point I refused to do anything until the provider came back. rianne came back and was all upset and said she never talked to anybody. I expressed her that I needed some nourishment in my system before and she said for me to wait until she came back with snacks. The lab tech came back and attempted to draw my blood looked confused when I told her I was waiting for the provider to come back. She took off. Then, the provider came back and was all upset and argued with me about everything and then changed her story about talking to her assistant about everything I asked. She told me she didn't have to tell me I had to wait till after my labs were done to eat and drink fluids. I asked why she miscommunicated all this and she threw her hands up and said" u don't have to do labs of you don't want to" ...really? I left cuz it's not common or professional for a provider to argue with a patient or even lie to them!

I miss the PA Maggie Smith , however Dr. Carroll is very good as well. The staff is upbeat and professional no sterile attitudes all staff is helpful and they make you feel welcomed and assist with whatever you need or point you in the direction you need to go . Very capable clean and friendly practice .
