It’s not the best coffee in KC, but it is good coffee. A nice spot to hang out with friends or get some work done.
Walked here from my hotel while in town. Small shop, great atmosphere. Went back in the afternoon and talked to the batista, who was one of the co-owners. My cortado and latte were both excellent and the baked goods were excellent as well. Would assume their grab and go sandwiches would make for a good quick lunch as well.
Wanted to try this place since they're new; have had two chances to do so after this morning. The cappuccino is excellent; if you've ordered one from Intelligentsia in Chicago, the taste and texture will seem familiar. Easily the best one I've found in KC. Interior design is either minimalist or still taking shape - hard to say with a new place, but curious where that goes. Will be back to find out.

Such a cute and quiet place to enjoy breakfast or study. Unique coffee and amazing puff pastries! Would honestly come back every morning to have another pastry there if I could!
