Love, love, LOVE this place. Have been in town on multiple occasions and pretty much every time I'm in SA, I gets boots here - whether I need them or not! The service is top notch and the the products are excellent. They will help you get in just the right boot for your style and preferences. If you need boots - you must go here. You'll thank me later!
Wanted a new pair of boots while on vacation. Went to several locations and this was the first one where someone cared to help. Kenny talked to me about the brands and quality. Tried on several pairs. Spent a good 40 minutes with me. They are a private small company, with great pricing. Strongly suggest them to anyone in the market for western ware.
Retail workers were so super nice. I only wish the clothes weren't so scratchy and expensive. If I'm paying 70 dollars for a shirt I expect it to not make me feel itchy all over. But the clothes were very pretty for someone without sensitive skin like me
This place has nice boots BUT the managers there are extremely rude and disrespectful to their employees!! I was there a few days ago and overheard one of the female managers chastising an employee and I couldn’t believe my ears! She was literally screaming at them. That is not how you talk to someone or treat them in a business environment! I will not be returning there due to this reason alone!

My boyfriend and I came from Indiana and had the best experience!!! The whole staff was kind and a really nice girl named Mary Jane helped us each get a cowboy hat and a pair of cowboy boots as well. Plan to come back next year and visit the store again!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience! I am here visiting from out of town and stopped in to find boots and a hat. I ended up being assisted by Po. She taught me so much! I really appreciate her patience and care. The store manager Shannon was so personable and Yadira was an excellent support to my experience.
