Great products and good prices!
Nice little Western store for the mall. I just wish they'd have had some nicer products. They had regular cheap boots but they didn't have anything in an exotic. Inexpensive cowboy hats and other western-style clothes.
3 of us just got our 1st pair of cowboy boots and the other 2 got cowboy hats. Terrell and Chase were very knowledgeable helpful and patient with us. Definitely an all around great experience.
Met them at the rodeo yesterday and asked them to shape my hat. They were awesome!! Very friendly and helpful! He took a long time to get the perfect shape! Will definitely come back!
My husband and I walked into the store to look around and check out the selection of boots. We had never been in the store before and it was a pretty cool store. The employees were all very nice and friendly. They stopped to talk to us about how our day was going and helped us by answering questions about the products sold in the store.
I really wish I had noted the name of the young lady that helped us. She was awesome. We left with boots, a belt, two shirts, and smiles. Great selection, and I felt prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!
I love this store! Still wear a customized belt which I bought at the Illinois State fair 8 years ago and still looks great. Then I was at the San Antonio store last December and purchased a super cool cow hat. Will be back sometime soon!
Londyn took great care of us city folk! We purchased our first cowboy hats here. She helped us find the right fit, add some extra felt for an even better fit, and steam mine a bit for shape. Londyn if you see this, we went to Black Board BBQ the next day and saw your name on the chalkboard!
