My husbands company decided to switch over to this for our glp med management. Worst, most unresponsive, non user friendly bunch of garbage we have ever had to navigate. Laps in medication, tons and tons of paperwork that we are responsible to get to them, on top of that they want to micromanage your daily life and make you log everything you do and eat in an app. Let our Drs manage this, not some illusive poorly put together app. I sure hope they cancel this soon. My husband has been begging human resources to do something because THIS is not IT
What an absolute joke of a service, if insurance's didn't force people to go through them this place would already be out of business. For some reason i cant get in to see my provider for over a month, no options to see someone else. I have been working with a weight loss group in my hospital including meeting with a dietitian and a bariatric doctor. Ive been following lifestyle changes and medication. my doctor decided it was time to go on GLP-1 but my Insurance (BCBS Texas) which advertised that GLP1 for weight loss was covered under the premium plan says the prescription cant come from my qualified medical team but form some online provider that i cant even meet with. in my chat to my "provider" on the app im met with responses from only "Care Coordinators" sorry who are these people and why are they intercepting messages intended for my supposed doctor?
I had an appointment with a (professional) said I was eligible for the program my insurance pays for it. I asked how the glp-1 is filled and she had no idea I needed to talk to my primary care or my insurance. I was informed by my insurance and vida support that vida prescribes the glp-1. I was sent a notice I was dropped from the program. Was once again on the phone with insurance company and vida. Set me up with another prescriber and its canceled even after confirming it multiple times. Called vida again with their support person clicking away for 30 minutes. Absolutely no updates or resolution!
