Awesome!! Received my passport in a timely matter. Exactly as I requested. They were very helpful every time I called with a question. Highly recommend TDS if you need a passport quickly.
TravelDocs had everything squared away quickly and easily. Their prices were reasonable and the process was streamlined. They have the most up-to-date information for travel requirements, unlike many of the other companies in this service area with outdated requirements still on their pages. They provide you with step-by-step instructions, if you need that. I'd recommend them and would use them again. Thank you.
It was difficult to get someone on the phone. The price was very high. The process ran fairly smooth once I was able to speak with someone. But I would only recommend this service to someone who needs their visa on very short notice.
I ordered a replacement Passport. Tds didn't inform me that none of my visas would be transferred or that I should reapply for them. The OWNER told me that is was common knowledge and acted like I should have know the process. $1200 flight and missed business trip due to incompetence followed up by very poor customer service BY THE OWNER. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO PROFESSIONALS.

Most of the reviews are fake. I wish I knew before I lost my 200 dollars for nothing. Worst customer service ever. No one respond to the calls. Beside no one know what’s going on in the company I called the receptionist and he doesn’t know what’s going on with anything. So disappointed
I have used TDS 3 times - once for an expedited passport renewal and another for an extremely expedited visa. Every time I have received my passport on time or ahead of schedule. I will continue to use their services in the future.
I use TDS all the time. They have never failed to provide excellent service. I can't recommend them highly enough.
